Hotel rate given online was the best. Concierge was fair to honour Booking.com's rate despite not getting my reservation info. Posted amenities not there (pool, elevator) or available. Pillows were not comfortable and bedding and towels were worn, threadbare and had a few cigarette holes in the sheets. |
