When I checked in, I was told that there was complamentery breakfast in the morning. I woke up around 9:30, and went downstairs around 10, looking for the breakfast only to find out it was from 6:00 - 9:00, so I had to go somewhere else for breakfast and pay for it!

It met our needs Overcharged but was corrected only after I noticed the mistake. The photo on the website was nothing like the room. Room was very outdated and old looking but the photo on the website was new and fresh.

Cleanliness. I was amazed to see how clean my room was. Frankly speaking, it was spotlessly clean. No stains, no smell of any kind. I was expecting to wake up with a few bites (you know what that is!) but none of that happened and I was very happy. The breakfast could improve though to include some hot breakfast (E.g pancakes, sausages E.T.c) and not just cereals. But Tim Horton's is 1 block away hence one could buy some breakfast for a few dollars. What matters is a clean resting area and a comfortable bed, which all describe Days Inn-Toronto West Mississauga! By the way, the free internet and cable available is pretty good. Comfortable beds, a clean room (there was absolutely no smell), a good High speed internet + cable, in-room coffee maker and coffee for you to brew anytime you see it fit. The washroom/shower area was clean too. I will definitely recommend this hotel to other friends and colleagues.

I have stayed here before and I am always pleased. I plan to stay there again my next trip as well. The rooms are always very clean and well presented. The housekeepers there do a very good job, its a hard job to do but they work hard there to keep rooms nice. The bed was comfy, we had fridge and a kind size bed. Very close to airport, square one and Tim Hortons. For price and location I would recommend this hotel. The only thing I can find fault with at all is that I usually carry a massive suitcase and bags and they dont have an elevator, but they usually try and get me on the lower if not 2nd floor. Other than that great hotel.

Location and shuttle service Out going visit ok but return was a disaster. No room on main floor my companion has heart condition and I am awaiting a hip relacement, so on our first visit I asked that we have a room on the main floor upon our return. After much discussion the clerk agreed to carry our cases up to 2nd floor. In the room we unpacked and started to get ready for bed when found no water. My companion went down to tell clerk who would not take her word but wanted to see for himself-did he think we were liars? He came up eventually then he went downstairs again to see if he could find us another room. Finally hereturned and we had to pack up again and were moved to 3rd floor - did not get settled in till 12:50am! Carpets in all rooms were disgusting and need to be changed asap!

Location and shuttle My companion has heart problrm and I am awaiting a hip replacement so asked for a 1st floor room which we received going, but coming back (eventhough we had told them we'd need the same upon our return on Friday 13th) we arrived at 11:50 P.M. to find there was not a room for us on the main floor only one on 2nd floor. I explained our health concerns and said we would go to a different hhotel and then he, the desk person, agreed to carry our bags up. We started to unpack our bags in readiness for bed and found there was no water in the room. My companion went down and told him, he came up to check himself (did he think we were liars?) and then we were moved to the 3rd floor. All added to our weariness and gave extra frustration to our unheeded request. The carpets were VILE..need changing asap.

It was close to a few restaurants and Tim Horton's and it was a short drive to the airport. It was in a nice location where it wasn't too busy too. Not much to say against, it's a budget hotel so don't expect three star quality.

Front desk staff person very helpful in telling us what we could do in the area for a few hours between checkout time and our flight .Room clean . Internet worked ok No parking if you wanted to use hotel and end of a trip ( it's close to Toronto Pearson airport but you can't use it for airport parking ). Room had a coffee maker but there was no coffee/milk etc to use in it. Had to go searching for it at desk. Lighting in room poor --- dark decor and weak lights made reading a book unpleasant.

Overall quietness of location, value for money. The perennial matter of lighting. The room is ill-lit. The lighting is completely unusable to read in bed. Why do innkeepers persist with form over function?

Large room that was clean and well maintained. Friendly staff, even the housekeepers helped me with my bag up the stairs and thats not their job, very nice. Right beside Tim hottons and very near to Mississauga and Square one, close to Airport as well. I would stay again :) No elevator and with massive heavy bag it was a problem being on the top 3rd floor, they didnt offer to put ,me on a lower level for ease. They need new bedding in room, the pictures show nice crisp duvet covers but they were ugly and old looking. **Note to staff, get wet-signs in your hall ways when mopping all the time, everytime I used the stairs they were wet, they were always lovely and clean but no wet signs, and thats a law suit waiting to happen if someone falls**

Location was good for my purpose. Close to Pearson Airport Maintenence is poor. Stayed in 3 rd floor. No elevator. Entrance from stairs to 3rd floor, door knob was busted, Cannot open the door and then went to second floor and got up throught the stairs of other side of building. About 100- 120 meters of extra walk. It was late night as I got in after 9 pm. Reported to front desk and he mentioned he will take care immediately but nothing happened even in the morning. In the room bathroom face wacing basin drain was partially plugged. Water was going slowly and the stopper was busted. It was too late and we were tired to complain and change the room. Internet in the room was not working. Went to front desk and reported that. Try to use the computer in lobby, Monday night football was loud could not hear the voice mail from the internet speakers in the lobby. In summary very disappointed with the stay but it was just one night. The shower was good Complementary breakfast was fine also. I donot not know whether I would recommend anyone to stay there. Days inn is popular chain, so I was disappointed.

Thought the airport shuttle was complimentary.. I could well have read the ad wrong. The $8 / person was far less than a cab woulda been though.

The room smelled. When I booked it implied there would be free shuttle bus when I already paid for the room and wanted to confirm the hotel said I had to pay for the shuttle buses. The worst is the quality of shuttle service. Poor cars and the driver didn't seem interested in serving.
