On the whole a good stay, comfortable, central and moderately priced with good staff.

I was very unimpressed with room 210 having no privacy or feeling of security with the large entertainment deck just outside the window. A half piece of plexiglass in front of the window..which, if opened, still does not give me a feeling of security, and no privacy.

The Dilworth Inn was a very pleasant place to stay; the rooms were lovely and clean, the pool/hot tub/sauna were fantastic, staff was always cheerful, helpful and knowledgable. We loved having the fridge and microwave in the room, plus a coffeemaker and many programs on tv to keep the kids busy when they weren't swimming. Continental breakfast was generous and offered many options.

The cot we were provided with was too soft, but at least there was that extra bed available to accommodate our needs.

Ms. Grant and ms. Kim at the desk were both friendly, helpful, competent and were a wonderful public "face" for the hotel. I will stay again because of them.

Front lady was so happy to see us and made us feel so welcomed. The hotel is extremely clean! We loved it!

It was reasonably quiet, close to the pub we always go to, and the mall. Just park the car and walk.

Found a spided in the bed, didnt fancy that much. My husband phoned and asked if you could put a fruit basket in wine and the room. flatly refused,( we would have paid well) He was disapointed. I know, its not a high end place, but even us lower end people would like a treat like that. HIs thought that counted tho! To bad you couldnt have gone the one step. I didnt have any of the breakfast, but didnt look like much,

room was cold on arrival. heat was off since last occupancy. heat shoud be turned on an hour or two before arrival.

Clean easy to get to. Staff friendly. Lots of shopping close by. Straight shot to airport and ski hills

Used booking .com and got smallest room in the place (Rm 104) it was clean but window opened onto back of storage shed

everyone was very friendly and the pool much better the the econo lodge!

The television was very old ......it took at least 5min to come on....then the picture was faded. And sound unreliable A couple of glass glasses would have been nicer than all paper cups The room was not as clean as it could have been....there were wrappers on the floor left from previous guests many things were dusty...The bathroom and bedding were clean. I paid for 4 days and had the bedding on one bed changed (at my request) once and my adult son's bed was never changed. We had one change of towels (this was quite limiting for two persons). The room was cleaned only once ( Your staff advised at check-in that there was no housekeeping being done on Christmas day....That was ok by us ...) The continental breakfast could be more creative......exactly the same limited choices every day .....gives the hotel a "cheap feeling"
