The hotel staff with a warm welcome and a smile from a friendly face when we checked in. When the bed comforters was found dirty, she changed the room for us. The hotel staff with no smile but a sullen face when we checked out and asked for the information about Kelowna's attractions. Dirty bed comforters in a hotel with the motto of "cleanness is essential"

The staff were very friendly an The staff were friendly and not at all nosy. The "housekeeping" knock did not wake me up, as it inevitably does everywhere else, before I awakened (the dnd sign was on door). Also, it is an extremely affordable place, yet based in a convenient area and quite a cozy atmosphere. Nice hotel.

Staff was very accommodating with my request for a quiet room -I really appreciate that, since for business travelers sleep is soooooooo important. thanks again, M no complaints - one small suggestion: the towels could be replaced for an updated look; but that is really minor.

The location, staff and pool. The rest was poor. The room we stayed in needs a major overhaul, and I would barely call it a kitchenette. The 'kitchen' cupboards were failing (bottom cupboard shelves coming apart so badly utensils were getting stuck between the wall supports and the shelves). Floor level windows require at least two level drapes for privacy, not to mention stopping the heat from going up he curtain to warm the window while we were cold (until we figured it out). Finally -- and most importantly -- the keys have the room numbers on them!!

Close to Hwy 33 and shopping. Closest motel to a family residence near the airport and the price was right.

Our room was comfortable and clean...appreciated the morning coffee and muffin in the lobby...also enjoyed the hot tub...the location of the hotel was convenient and the price was excellent. We were not informed about the lack of an elevator, but our room was changed from the 2nd to the 1st floor when we arrived. Also, the towels were rather small and thin.

Cost effective accomodation with a good location. Took advantage of the free coffee, muffin and juice in the morning. The room provided was on the main floor which I preferred. Did not have to carry bags up the stairs.

Friendly, family like atmosphere It seems dirtier and more run-down than in previous visits. Dusty in places. My daughter did not feel the bed linen was clean.

I enjoy the friendly staff. Also I like that it has a hottub. I primarily book the Dillworth because of the price and also location to the mall. I live out of town and I enjoy staying in the heart of the City so that I do not have to drive if I do not want to.

Coming from Nakusp for shopping in Kelowna is costly and hectic. The location and relatively low cost if the room for a weekend of Christmas shopping was good. No shampoo or conditioner in the room. Only one plastic cup and my friend had to use a styrofoam cup for water. Would prefer glass that is nicer to drink from and will be reused.

Proximity to shopping and the medical office we were visiting is excellent. Very reasonable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived early and had no problem getting our room so we could unload our personal belongings. The rooms are very spacious which is a definite plus for us. We have stayed here numerous times. This time was very quiet. Last time however we could hear lots of noise from other guests but then it was July which is a very busy time in Kelowna. The room could use some updating. The carpet looked pretty dirty. The sheets felt a little rough.

Comparative pricing; quality bath appliances; quiet; overall cleanliness; roominess; helpful & friendly staff. Spartan room ambience; fridge was not plugged in & thermostat was 'off'; a few corners needed vacuuming; Edges of carpeting and base boards especially dusty; Heat toggle switch was 'off'.

“The location was close to the downtown and shopping. There was an excellent chinese restaraunt next door. The staff were helpful and made sure the people next to us shut down their noise.
