Because you were booked your friendly desk clerk upgraded our room to include a chesterfield hide-a-bed. It was so nice to have comfortable seating rather than just a bed.
Everything was okay.
We were located on the enterprise side of the dilworth inn.. It was terribly loud with all the traffic I just had a baby and had to stay for 2 nights.. 2 sleepless nights due to traffic
Walking distance to mall. Easy access to side streets rather than being on Harvey ave all the time.
Price was a little high for sept. Compared to last sept when we stayed there
Old bathroom fixtures . Right beside a firehall (no fun on a busy weekend). Curtains not blackout and old . No sleeping in here !
maintenance on HVAC in room units was poor resulting in street noise filling the room at night. A second room was provided and the covers from the HVAC unit crashed to the floor in the middle of the night resulting in very poor sleep.
I liked being central in Kelowna and was impressed by the pool, sauna and hot tub. Lovely way to destress!
Spacious room, very friendly staff.
Room was a lot older than it appeared in the booking pictures.
ROOMS VERY OUTDATED
My experience from the time I drove in, through check-in to check out was a truly excellent experience. The staff was awesome (friendly and helpful), the room was large, clean and well equipped and all of this was at a very reasonable price.
Window covering a little dated, but worked fine.
- sauna - saltwater pool - we had a very big room -
- the hotel is not directly in downtown close to the water
The desk clerks were very cheerful & very helpful.
Our room was nice and large. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was adequate. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast should offer some protein like boiled eggs or cheese.
Staff are excellent, friendly and efficient , everyone was very focused on ensuring that my stay met expectations. Room wasn't luxurious, but was sparkling clean!.
The staff were super friendly and helpful.
Wifi Staff accommodating and friendly Bathroom was clean
Moved to another room because room smelled old and air conditioning did not work. Burned out lightbulb in table lamp. Carpets filthy Bedspread threadbare, even had a hole Sheets wrinkled, appears that staff wash them on site Single glazed windows, room facing busy highway so traffic noise kept us awake entire night. Were booked for 3 nights, only stayed one.
Rooms are very clean. Beds are comfy. Pool area is great. Used the jacuzzi a few times.
Couldn't really shower. Water would turn either really cold or hot. Wanted to use the sauna but it takes forever to warm up.
My boyfriend and I visited this resort and the staff was fabulous. They were very kind and friendly. Recommending many areas to check out and really accomdating our trip.
Facility needs major upgrade for the charged fees. Nevertheless. It is a pleasent location.
Poor breakfast choices very limited
Walking distance to the mall and restaurants. The slogan for the hotel is the friendliest staff in Kelowna. It's the only thing this hotel has going for it. The staff were friendly. Wifi was great, and he location to shopping, etc was great, including proximity to the airport. A 10-15 minute drive. The indoor pool looked great, but we did not partake in that facility.
Getting into bed I discovered the sheets were stained and had two long black hairs attached to them. In the hotels defence clean sheets were immediately brought to our room. However, next morning we also discovered a facecloth left from the previous guest also. The fridge was clean, but the freezer door could not be opened due to ice buildup. The towels provided were so small they resembled hand towels. Threadbare carpeting throughout the building. We arrived for some breakfast next morning, and a number of the yogurt containers had gone sour. We ate elsewhere. They do not allow animals on their property and smoking is absolutely prohibited. Would we stay here again? Sorry Dilworth, not anytime soon.
Cleanliness, spacious and in great location across from Orchard Mall and felt very happy to be staying there and would definitely stay there again!
liked everything except yellow tub
It was a quiet.
Upgrading needs to happen, especially in bathroom and lighting. Towels are clean but dingy white and poor quality. Lack of outlets which are important nowadays for phones etc. Needed a bath rubber mat but didn't know I had to get one from front desk. Breakfast was disappointing, lacked selection, several choices gone and not refilled.
poor quality of breakfast
Staff service, comfort of the room, value for money we paid for.
Location is a bit far from city centre, but bus transportation could be a solution.
