The Dilworth was a cosy, necessary refuge on a daunting, very snowy night. A comfortable bed in a warm, clean, spacious room.
The view - we just drew the curtains.
Great location, within easy walking distance to shopping and restaurants.
Very dated and quite noisy.
Location good. Staff very freindly.
Very poor breakfast roomapliances need improvement very losy coffee tv outdated
After squeezing myself out of the crowded Greyhound bus, it was satisfying to be met by friendly and helpful staff, a comfortable room at a relatively inexpensive rate, and a nice little complementary breakfast the next morning.
Good location, close to mall.
Weird electrics old and not enough outlets
Friendly accommodating staff. Room had everything we needed, and the price was right.
The newly renovated room. The staff flexibility. (I wanted a quiet room and they did their best to help me out.)
If you can speed up the renovations, that would help the overall impression. I would not stay in the rooms that have not yet been renovated. I did mention to the staff at the desk in the a.m. that the air freshener should not be used. It is unnecessary in a non smoking facility. It cheapens the overall impression. It is not green. In Vancouver, I stayed at the Holiday Inn and Parkside on Broadway. No one uses such non green, toxic smelling air fresheners. If you need something for the kitchen suites, leave the windows open for awhile. Using those current fresheners puts the Dilworth into a substandard category by today's 'green' standards. People have allergies to those substances. In executive meetings, we discourage the use of perfumes and scented lotions for the same reasons. Thanks for asking. Otherwise, I enjoyed the stay. Marion
wi fi is fast comfy room close to bingo and casino good restaurant next door. had senior breakfast special
ordered king bed-given queen breakfast didnt have much variety
Hot tub, rooms where nice
Lots of traffic noise, continental breakfast had hardly any fresh fruit, coffee was warm at best, cups where dirty...roooms had paper cups only, no bath mat
Same as above
Have to carry your luggage up the stairs.
It was a comfortable hotel, near drive to our daughters home and all facilities. The room was nice and warm and everything was clean and it was a very quiet room.We would recommend it to our friends.
The bed was too small, it did not appear to be a queen size.
All the staff was very kind at all moments, the rooms are very big, it's not fancy, but it's very clean, quiet well located and it has sauna, heated pool and the wi-fi is really fast, I loved it.
Does not have an exercise room. Hair dryer didn't work
Large Rooms Very clean
Everything was fine, had everything we needed, very welcoming staff
staff, bed was comfortable, extra blankets helped, room was clean
older building, not renovated kind of a smell about the building too. a bit high priced, for the old t.v. and dated rooms.
friendly staff and good location
was a little noisy
Breakfast could have muffins, and a better selection of fruit (bananas)
Staff friendly and helpful. Room and all facilities very clean and comfortable.
Sound proofing not very good...we didn't sleep much the first night due to a tv on in another room until 3 am, but quiet the second night.
Good value for money Convenient location for downtown convention
We've stayed here for years. Good value, great staff. Modest but clean and reasonably comfortable digs. Sparse breakfast, but at the Dillworth's prices, we're not complaining.
Because you were booked your friendly desk clerk upgraded our room to include a chesterfield hide-a-bed. It was so nice to have comfortable seating rather than just a bed.
Everything was okay.
We were located on the enterprise side of the dilworth inn.. It was terribly loud with all the traffic I just had a baby and had to stay for 2 nights.. 2 sleepless nights due to traffic
