We enjoyed the location. Close to many stores and resteraunts. The beds were large and the television worked. Internet accessed easily from the room. Staff was very friendly and helpful. |

The owners, Angelo & Joanne are very warm & recommend us to buy the adventure pass at a rate which is cheaper if we purchase from outside. They are very helpful to direct us to the tourist area. Hotel location is quite a distance from Niagara falls |

Angelo and Joann (the owners) were very socible ad friendly as always. We are repeat visitors, so they knew us. We were upgraded to a jacuzzi room as I had mentioned it was my wife's birthday in the comments section during booking. Budget, clean rooms and friendly service. There are only a few tv stations and tvs are small, outdated and fuzzy screen in some rooms (keep in mind very little impact for ourselves personally as only tuned in for an hour before sleeping and upon waking up) |

My father has to use the wheelchair, but I can't push the wheelchair into the hotel directly. It's not convenient for seniors. |

It was a affordable getaway for our 1st anniversary......Money is tight at this time and this was an excellent price we couldn't pass up....We did alot of site seeing and enjoyed a show at the casino......We also had a few romantic dinners at some nice restaurants...The Keg overlooking the falls....and one in the fallsview casino. |

Great reception with great knowledge and recommendation. We check out late and the owner was very accommodating and ask us to take our time. Great location too and within 5 -10 mins walk to attraction and falls |

It was close to al lthe attractions at Niagara Falls within walking distance. Needs updating. The cleaning people left our doors opened! Bed sheets had tears and holes in them. Towels were very rough and used up. Smelled like someone was smoking in that room. |

Upon arrival and checking in the hotel clerk was very helpful informing us on good places to eat, Good entertainment and attractions he even gave us a map and marked the areas with the places to go. He was very polite. The entire stay was relaxing enjoyable quiet. This hotel was at a great price much lower then other area hotels. |

The price is great. It's clean. It's walking distance from the falls. It's perfect. The staff is pretty cool! Internet connection was not always working, even when trying to use a laptop near the office room. |
