Value for money. close to restaurants and downtown areas; helpful staff, clean and tidy rooms.

good value for money, close to niagara falls (15 - 20 min walk), clean rooms and bathroom, free parking, there is swimming pool outside

no wi fi in rooms (it might be available closer to recepction), rooms bit old but clean

The room was large, great value for the money. Clean, enough towels and tolet paper. Nice large got tub. Excellent location to the falls and all the attractions. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

No coffee machine in room

Affordable and clean: the only things I ask from a hotel, really. And I got both! highly recommended.

Location is good. Price was good.

It needs upgraded. The carpet was stained badly. The rooms smelled old and smokey even though these were smoke free rooms. The rooms were clean but just need upgraded.

Front desk staff were lovely and helpful! And you can't beat the value for money!!

The hotel staff was very helpful and eager to give directions what to see, where to go. Close to the Falls. Free parking. Great value for money.

Staff was always available, courteous, friendly, helpful , caring etc. The hotel furnishings and decor is outdated, but still very tasteful, clean and functional. Great when all you really need is a place to sleep at night.

Its no frills, so don't go for a Honeymoon or romantic weekend. But it met all our needs nonetheless. For a family on a budget, who still wants to be in walking distance to everything, its ideal.
