Days Inn - Victoria on the Harbor  

Excellent location

I was told when checking in that parking is first come first served. There were no open parking stalls Had to pay to park 5 blocks away even though advertised as on site parking available. I was able to move my vehicle to Days Inn late in the evening 22:15. I was very hesitant and did everything I could to avoid moving my vehicle because of the fear of not having a parking space when I returned. I did leave once and was able to park after a 15 minute wait. I understand that this was a very busy holiday weekend but if parking is advertised it should be available.

The bed was very hard and it was not a queen bed, but a double (so very small as well)...room very small

The staff was very helpful and accomodating. The room was very clean. They have an excellent continental breakfast. Great choices.

I was staying at this hotel while I recooperated from a surgery. We had a room right above the lounge with a live band that plays a few times a week. Not really happy about that choice they made for me. I did let them know the purposeof my staying - so they knew. It wasn't that bad but a bit annoying.

We got a view of the Harbour on the fourth floor, and the bed was very comfortable!

Liked almost everything about it. For me, the following in particular stood out: price; accommodating special request for early occupancy of room; efficiency of counter staff; promptness and friendliness of restaurant staff; cleanliness of room and continental breakfast.

The restaurant could have had a bit larger selection,e,g, more menu items, multi grain muffins instead of just fruit ones, more juice selections than just apple and orange.

My husband and I stayed here for 6 nights mid-January. Our room overlooked the inner harbour--a beautiful view day or night. The location is excellent, the staff helpful. The breakfast is a $5 credit per person for something on the menu or a choice of coffee or tea, apple or orange juice, the two of the following choices: muffin, toast (2), scone (gigantic), bagel with cream cheese, yogurt, oatmeal. We always went with the free breakfast and found it very filling. We only paid $39 a night. A very good deal.

Not much to complain about, but if I must (where there's a will there's a way)... I found the bed a little soft and the pillows were not great. There was some noise from the room beside us, but not too bad.

Hotel was easy to find and in a ideal location. Staff were really friendly and attentive. The rooms were in excellent condition and really clean. Overall the hotel was in excellent condition for the star rating and great value for money

Great location! Restaurant/bar had excellent food at reasonable price. Room was very comfortable. Definitely will stay here next time in Victoria.
