Days Inn - Victoria on the Harbor    

L'accueil. Personnel très sympathique. Situation géographique (à 5 minutes à pieds du centre ville). Parking devant l'hôtel et gratuit, ce qui est pratique quand on veut visiter Victoria où tout les parkings sont payant. Bon rapport qualité/prix dans l'ensemble.

Au niveau de la salle de bain, il y a juste des petites choses qui aurait pu être plus propre tel que la douche qui avait encore quelques cheveux d'un(e) client(e) précédente.

Le Days Inn Victoria on the Harbour offre un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Situé à deux pas du parlement, avec vue sur le port intérieur de Victoria, l'endroit est très bien situé. Nul besoin d'une automobile pour faire le tour du centre-Ville de Victoria et voir les principaux points d'intérêt de la ville. Nous avons pu laisser nos bagages quelques heures en consigne gratuitement après avoir libéré la chambre, nous permettant ainsi de continuer notre visite de la Ville avant l'heure de notre navette vers le traversier.

I really like the staff...very nice The bed was really comfortable..and thats the most important to me. I like this hotel because there is easy parking and I walk outside, right onto Victoria's famous harbor...awesome

We loved the location. We could walk so many places and watch so many things. Very entertaining to sit out on the patio for food and drinks. We could walk downtown for hours and come back to refresh, go find more to do. So convenient. Wish there had been a deck to sit on at the room. Perfect. Nice to have restaurant and lounge within our building. Front desk was very nice.

I searched many hours for an affordable hotel in the area we were interested in, Inner Harbor. I booked the night of 5-2 for our stay on 5-3 and 5-4. What I saw was....two double beds, managers special, which I believe was advertised for $78. That's why we booked at that hotel. At check-out I was billed $92 plus tax. I called the manager yesterday and he informed me that the room was at that price thru April but the rates were changed April 1. I made the reservation the night of May 2 for the price that was advertised right then.

Location on the water was great. Close to the ferry terminal.

Very impressed with the special treatment we got for being return customers. The staff is so friendly and so helpful. Enjoyed our stay immensely. The location to downtown Victoria is also a big bonus. Looking forward to our next stay. Thank you for keeping the price so affordable.

the loud air conditioning unit on the roof that we happened to have right outside our window. The room was very hot, so had to have the window open, it did not make for a restfull night.

They did not have my reservation in their system - but they found me a room even on a very busy night when I showed my e-mail confirmation.

There wasn't a makeup mirror in the bathroom.....women like makeup mirrors......

Poor tv reception

Bed was comfortable. Atmosphere was relaxed. Complimentary breakfasts were good.

TV didn't work well so catching the news was difficult. The elevator was quite slow and sometimes smelled a bit like cigarette smoke.

the location and setting near the water. Lots of nearby places of interest and a variety of places to eat. No need to have a car here as plenty of opportunities for walks with views.Staff all very pleasant , especially breakfast waitresses.

Food and front desk manager

The location is beautiful. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Cozy lobby. Also the restaurant and lounge are very nice. The breakfast being included is very nice. Really enjoyed music BINGO in the lounge on Wednesday night. Parking included was a deciding factor for us.

Room is a bit small and outdated, but comfortable. Restroom is very small. Tiles in the restroom and in the main lobby restroom were very dusty. They need to be wiped down occasionally.

The friendliness

We were on the harbour side and the view was great. Our evening meal in their restaurant was very good.

Being on the harbour there were a lot of sea planes taking off and landing which was only noisy with the window open. The included breakfast was only 2 items from their list which was not adequate, but you could get a full breakfast with $4.75 off
