Days Inn - Victoria on the Harbor    

Great location; friendly, helpful staff; good parking available; clean, tidy, well-groomed rooms including bath. Staff were very accommodating about keeping luggage for us on check-out day.

No air conditioning available - very hot weekend and window open didn't allow for any air circulation either. Not advised on check-in about step-up into bathroom -- fell onto knees (both knees had replacement done 4 yrs ago), very painful & difficult to get back up. Didn't see sign on door knob until later since it was "opened", nor did we see sign below step. Good thing I didn't suffer longer than the bruising & discomfort for the 3-day convention (I felt truly lucky no more damage done). PLEASE RESPOND!

Great location. Reasonably priced restaurant. Front desk staff helpful.

Older, tired, some equipment failing. Room very warm by afternoon. Unhelpful server for breakfast made it difficult to get balanced meal for person with food sensitivities.

Room was small TV didn't work well Coffee wasn't left in room the last night and when I asked for 2 pkg he was going to charge me, no coffee in lobby No breakfast, I had read on the reviews there were vouchers given. After we paid the bill we looked and were overcharged by at least $80. more then the quote/confirmation, they did correct it, but it took time! Paying for extra coffee is not a good idea, seems they were cutting back on things

I really like the staff...very nice The bed was really comfortable..and thats the most important to me. I like this hotel because there is easy parking and I walk outside, right onto Victoria's famous harbor...awesome

We loved the location. We could walk so many places and watch so many things. Very entertaining to sit out on the patio for food and drinks. We could walk downtown for hours and come back to refresh, go find more to do. So convenient. Wish there had been a deck to sit on at the room. Perfect. Nice to have restaurant and lounge within our building. Front desk was very nice.

I searched many hours for an affordable hotel in the area we were interested in, Inner Harbor. I booked the night of 5-2 for our stay on 5-3 and 5-4. What I saw was....two double beds, managers special, which I believe was advertised for $78. That's why we booked at that hotel. At check-out I was billed $92 plus tax. I called the manager yesterday and he informed me that the room was at that price thru April but the rates were changed April 1. I made the reservation the night of May 2 for the price that was advertised right then.

Location on the water was great. Close to the ferry terminal.

Very impressed with the special treatment we got for being return customers. The staff is so friendly and so helpful. Enjoyed our stay immensely. The location to downtown Victoria is also a big bonus. Looking forward to our next stay. Thank you for keeping the price so affordable.

the loud air conditioning unit on the roof that we happened to have right outside our window. The room was very hot, so had to have the window open, it did not make for a restfull night.

They did not have my reservation in their system - but they found me a room even on a very busy night when I showed my e-mail confirmation.

Poor tv reception

Bed was comfortable. Atmosphere was relaxed. Complimentary breakfasts were good.

TV didn't work well so catching the news was difficult. The elevator was quite slow and sometimes smelled a bit like cigarette smoke.
