Even though Double Tree indicated they would not pre-charge my credit card, my card had already been billed when I arrived to check in. I would have preferred to pay for my room by an alternate method upon my arrival.

I stayed at the DoubleTree because the seminar I was attending was located there. The room was a good size and the bed very comfortable.

The aircraft fly in over the top of the hotel which can be noisy. When I was trying to book direct I did not find the staff or email system helpful. They took 72 hours to respond to an email

The room size was great and a very large bathroom. Bathroom and pool towels were huge! Comfortable bed and though close to the airport, wasn't kept awake by the faint noise. Very relaxing pool and hot tub. Cookies were fab!

Hotel staff were not very polite. Though there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel, they did not know how much it was to ride and gave us wrong bus information. They also didn't tell us we needed to register our car so upon trying to drive out of the lot, we were sent back into the hotel to get a slip. Waterslides were only open at strange times.

i had a horrible stay. We were woken up several times during the night from a loud bagging sound.I sleep thru almost everthing and the lound bagging startled me out of my sleep about 5 times during the night. It was terrible we were exhausted after a 7 hour drive and had a very important business meeting in the morning.

It was convenient for our needs, we had two double beds accomodating our children. There was a pool with waterslides that initially attracted us for the children.

There was a height restriction on the waterslides that we were never told about after doing extensive research on the hotel. Very dissapointing for my 6 year old as he was looking forward to using facility and was denied. Only reason we chose this hotel.

there were problems with our room and the manager, Vincenzo (sorry for the spelling) immediately corrected the situation to our complete satisfaction. What could have been a terrible experience for us, was made into one of our most enjoyable stays in a hotel. We were working, but we felt like we were on vacation. Thank you. Syd & Karen Parkin

Waterside rocks! Nice restaurants. Great conference facilities

Confusion at check in about room upgrades. Staff was unfamiliar about upgrade procedures

It had the convenience of restaurants on site, gift shops that opens late, swimming pool and huge lobby. Staff is very helpful.

No life jackets in pool area. No play area for kids.

It was close to the airport.

It was far from the city, when travelling by bus. The hotel room had a leak which came from the room above, and it wasn't resolved in time, so we had that leak for 2 nights.

Good for business... Close to the Pearson Int'L. Aiport... Easy access to major highways, especially if you are planning to visit nearby cities or towns.

An oldish hotel... Needs some renovation... Expensive parking.

La chambre était bien meublée et le lit confortable. La salle de bain était très propre

à l'inscription je ne savais pas qu'il fallait payer un supplément pour le stationnement car je croyais que tout était inclus dans le prix de départ. Nous avons remarquer au plafond du garde-robe des boîtes de jonction électrique ainsi qu'un tuyau partant du plancher longeant le mur vers le plafond à l'intérieur de la garde-robe et les tuiles du plafond de cette dernière étaient tâchées d'anciennes fuites d'eau.

Haben uns im allgemeinen wohl gefühlt, innen schönes Hotel ist.

Haben unseren Aufenthalt um eine Nacht verlängert, leider war dies nur mit einem Aufpreis von ca. 80% gegenüber des gebuchten Preises möglich. Hotel liegt direkt an der Einflugschneise des Flughafens Toronto Pearson. Parkplatzgebühr sollte im Preis enthalten sein.

Normaal goede Hilton service. Verder niets speciaals

前台接待人员无法解释预售项目款项，服务员自己似乎没搞懂，但又不愿询问酒店上级管理人员，无法正确解答客- 人提问，态度很差！除了房费加税外，还预收了房间安全费与房间消费品消费费用，房间安全费与房间消费品消费- 费用这两项合计超过了房价，至于为什么要预收房间安全费，前台无法做出合理解释，最后只能告诉我们全加拿大- 都一样，但我们之前在Ottawa的Minto Suite Hotel住就没有此项费用。还有，我们预定的是无烟房，但入住后感觉房内烟味较重，酒店不予更换！建议中- 国客人不要选择这家酒店，否则后悔莫及！

小さな子供連れだったので、小さな冷蔵庫とカウチ付きの部屋にしてくれた。

冷蔵庫の効きが悪すぎた。 エアコンは調節が難しくて部屋がいつまでたっても寒かった。 ホテルに電子レンジくらい備わっていると有難いなと思った。 宿泊前に「あなたのホテルにコインランドリーはありますか？」というメールを送ったが、何の返信も無かった- 。

Staff was very accommodating regarding luggage being shipped in later. Warm cookies upon arrival of famished travellers was nice. Nice big tv. The lobby is very open.

State of the room. The carpet was torn and didn't reach the bathroom. Room seemed smaller than expected. Toiletries would have been a nice touch. Roadside window was somewhat noisy with traffic and low flying planes.

price and location for my needs on this weekend

There was a few hockey teams staying at the same time.The majority of them were bigger older boys who had no respect for the younger kids in the pool!In the early pm with no lifeguards, these kids were still using waterslides even though there were signs saying they were closed. None of these Kids had parent supervision!!

I liked the elevators. They were fast.

The air conditioning broke the first night. The room was extremely warm and uncomfortable. Switched rooms and new room had same problem. It was extremely warm. Was not comfortable in hotel due to temperature. The morning I planned to check out, on two separate occasions, my door was softly opened from outside. The door was opened at 7 am and again at 830 am. The door was opened very quietly and without knock. I brought this up to the front desk and they simply said that this was strange and they were sorry. Imagine if I hadn't locked my door properly. I have no idea who it was trying to enter my room at these times. I will never stay in a Double Tree again. The front desk was oblivious to the severity of my complaint.

Alles zat in hetzelfde gebouw verschillende restaurants een goede gym, zwembad en nog wat andere onbelangrijke bedrijfjes.. Ongeveer 25 minuten met de auto naar downtown taxi is niet te betalen (of je moet geld zat hebben).. Kamers waren zeker goed! Was niet te duur en parkeren werd goed in de gaten gehouden. Zeker goed hotel!

Het ontbijt was qua prijs qualiteit niet fantastisch. Dan kon je net zo goed naar Tim Hortons lopen aan de overkant om daar eten te halen.
