DoubleTree Fallsview Resort & Spa by Hilton - Niagara Falls  

The staff was very cordial and attentive. Room was stocked and clean upon our return every day. Warm feeling upon entering the hotel. Great location near all attractions.

Did not like the salt water in the pool. Did not like to pay $12 per day after paying for 3 night stay. Room was stale smelling even for smoking request. Disappointed with the "river view".

A lot of Niagara Falls hotels are dated. Your hotel was fresh, clean and quiet even with all the families staying there. Rooms were very comfortable!

Hotel modern, clean.good location to Napoli restaurant which was excellent! When we were going to present our online confirmation papers to the front desk clerk she was rather abrupt and said she didn't need the paper just our I.D. She was a little too short with us which I didn't find very professional.

The bathroom in Room 1012 did not drain at all when showering. We had water pooling past our ankles when showering. The room was very, very hot and stifling and even adjusting the thermostat did not adjust the heat. That room needs more airflow and the windows do not open.

The friendly informative staff, the view, the room was big and comfortable, the washroom, the tv selection. We most certainly return if and when we visit Niagara again!

Really minor stuff: The noise from the corridor and the other room (not the joined one). The wait for the elevators was long at times

It was about a 10 minute walk to Clifton hill and restaurants.

Selected and reserved an "Upper Queen room with FallsView" Dissappointed our room was only on 10th floor with no view of falls and nearly none of river even, could barely make out a faint mist on horizon. Did not complain nor change room, it was comfortable and we were too tired to bother.Breakfast or even coffee would have been wonderful if included in price.

Everything about this hotel was good. At check in they welcomed us with freshly baked chocolate chip cookies. The pool area is beautiful and the facilities are all top notch. I would highly recommend this hotel to both the business traveller or a family get-away.

Dont change a single thing

I liked the complimentary cookies I received upon arrival and their prompt room service and responses to my requests. I loved the jacuzzi suite; the design, the space, the spa tub. I liked the facilities available as well. The location was great, close to everything literally.

I didn't like the pool hours and the fact that there were many kids in the section of the pool designated for adults only with signage posted. I also don't feel as though the parking rates are reasonable. I also felt that complimentary breakfast should be provided especially for people who book the more luxurious suites. The stand up shower in the jacuzzi suite is also too small, I could barely bend over to pick up my soap when I dropped it.

I was impressed with guess service, Location...everything was perfect....would highly recommend this hotel to all my family and friends. As a newbie to the travel industry, as an travel agent and also working as an hotel housekeep in my younger career days just starting off Iam totally impressed, keep up the excellent customer service that your beautiful hotel offers.

Lobby is gorgeous. Pool is salt water.

Rooms were nice but did not live up to the lobby! For the price we would stay at the Sheraton cause the rooms were nicer there.

Girl at check in was very fake, unwelcoming, judgemental, robot like. Not sincere at all. Only negative was her.

Pool was closed for maintenance, which might have bothered other travelers, but we didn't care. Of course there was no mention of this on the bookings.com website, but maybe they don't have access to that kind of short term maintenance information.

Everything was excellent! The room was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. The staff at the front desk are very pleasant. I would defiantly stay here again!

It is our favourite place to stay when we go to Niagara Falls. It is a beautiful hotel that goes above and beyond for the price.

I wish the check out was at Noon not 11 am.
