Scenery Location pool and water slides outdoor hot tub!!!
Water slides, jungle gym, free bus passes, wood burning fire place, free cut wood, location to town, under ground heated parking, out door hot pools, barque areas, freindly staff, landscaping, indoor pools.
The kitchen in our unit had a fishy smell, probably the cleaning staff should pull out the stove and clean the floor beside the stove and walls.
Loved the fire place! Activities for kids were awesome as it was too cold to do much outside. Free bus to downtown. We are coming next year again.
WiFi was not good
Large open room with nice tv placement. Very quiet considering I veiwed a lot of children. Balcony was very nice. Fireplace was also nice.
The bed was so firm we had trouble sleeping. No bathroom fan. Fridge and room heater were noisy. Kitchenet was clean but cook wear was dated. Water was very hard.
The water slides, and kids zone was perfect for the kids
The tall young girl and the front desk was always obliging, but for the tall young fellow, any questions asked, were an effort. We asked the maids for a decent reading lamp, and they got us one, but a 30 watt bulb is not adequate for reading.
Great place to visit & accommodation was the best
Love the outdoor hot tub!
Calling us at 11:05 to vacate the room.
I love this resort! The rooms we've had have been more than we expected, the location is prefect and the staff are always knowledgeable and helpful.
The renovations going on made the amenities we were most looking forward to enjoying unusable which would be our only disappointment. When the renos are finished this resort will he back to the shining 5 star we know it is!
In liked the nature on my door step, the wood fireplace, and the playground and waterslides.
Internet connection is very poor, and has been my last few st s.
The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Close to town and hiking/biking trails.
Layout of the facilities in the main building (pools, play area etc...) was a bit spread out and convoluted.
The play ground and water park
That we did not know that the lids pool was closed
kids have a great time always. Playland , pool waterslides. love the free bus pass, never have to drive if you are going downtown or to the main attractions. Saw many animals, deer, elk right outside our room.
never cleaned our room. Had to call them to come and clean it and we stayed 3 nights. They cleaned it the night we left
Play area, pool out door hot tub, location
Mon working pay pop machine eats your money
Didn't like basement feel to condo
Needs to be updated
Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Great price. Very clean. Amazing view. Kitchenette and full fridge was a great asset. Free parking.
A little difficult to find for first time travellers to banff.
Stocked wood pile upon request!
My stay was too short!
The staff was friendly and helpful. My room was almost the cleanest hotel room on earth, and everything was working in the apartment.
It is a little worn out in places. The door to my room had very obvious marks from a break-in attempt and had not been replaced. Some of the furniture wasn't as good as it once was.
We stayed one night only and loved this resort. Waterslides and indoor park makes this place super fun for kids. My kids can't wait to go back and stay more days there. I also really liked the kitchen of our room. It was full with cups, plates and all other cutllery. when we checked in, reception staff called after 10-15 minutes to check if everything was ok in our room.
the kitchen is well equipped
the mouse that was in the tub at 5:00 am. I understand, the hotel is so close the nature area but some caution is necessary to avoid this kind of inconvenient, because mouse can transmit disease
Great place for families and a nice location out of the main core of Banff.
Lovely outlook on to garden area - thanks for the snow. Helpful staff. Useful laundry and grocery store on sight.
Nice for groups!
Booked for 6 people, got 4 pillows
The fact the aqua center didn't open until 4 pm
Location and view
Old facility, needs upgrading. Extremely overpriced, probably due to the restricted competition enforced by the National Park.
kitchen size of beds size of loft unlimited bus and bus stop location location view from balcony hot tubs
no dishwasher soap no toilet paper no "do not disturb" sign provided and housekeeping woke us up at 9AM
