Customer service sucked and the lack of being able to take cash or visa debit cards for payment and or cash, I'd never recommend anyone to make arrangements to stay at the Motel 6 on West Main Street in Moncton

We did not visit very much as we spent some time visiting family.
We ate at the Keg, beautiful restaurant, very good food and service.
Except for where there was road construction, Moncton is fairly easy to get around.

The variety of shopping options was great and mostly the people were friendly ..... however, as a mixed race couple, we did experience a few openly hostile, racist encounters which we found surprising in a so-called 1st world country ..... with the exception of Charlottetown PEI (where it was the same) cannot recall that we encountered similar to this level in Halifax, Fredericton, Ottawa, Montreal, Calgary, Kelowna or Vancouver where we visited recently .....

Location of this hotel was very good.
Location of this hotel was very good. Casino, theme park and zoo all very close. Lots of restaurants in the area. Easy access to the highway.
Disappointed with the lack of noise cancelling insulation in the room.
Not a lot of sleep, as a result.

The Château Moncton was the best hotel we stayed during our month long trip through the Maritimes. It was clean and and appeared to have many upgrades in the bathroom and the bedroom area. It offered a great value for what we paid.

The Amsterdam Inn & Suites is an exceptionally clean place to stay from the lobby right through to the rooms. The staff is very welcoming and helpful with any questions. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, juice and cookie or muffins are available at all times. Breakfast is simple but good. The housekeeping staff is very thorough and it’s nice to come back to a room that looks and smells clean and fresh. The beds are so comfortable. It’s great to have access from outside as well as inside hallway. It snowed during our stay and sidewalks, outside accesses and decks were cleaned promptly. It has been a very nice place to stay while we have had to be in Moncton and we wouldn’t think twice to stay here again if ever we come back to Moncton in the future.
The rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel is older and therefore the style is unique. We had large windows and great A/C. The TV in the room was larger than expected, the staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. Overall a great stay, especially for the price compared to other hotels in the area.
The hotel location was nice, had access to the main areas. The hotel experience was too good, the staffs were very welcoming and helpful, especially need to mention about Mr. Joe, who helped with all the details that we need as we were newcomers to the town, took extra effort for the aid. Kudos for the great effort.
Beautiful hotel with friendly staff. Our room was large and clean, with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was also very large, with a nice shower. The hotel is downtown, although on the opposite side of many bars and restaurants, but would be ideal if you were seeing a show at the Avenir centre (we weren't).
Very good experience at Chateau Moncton. Clean and comfortable room. Beautiful shower and lots of space in room . The staff were so friendly and professional. We enjoyed the breakfast in the am very much before we were on our way. Thank you for a a great experience. We will be sure to spread the word around.
This was by far the nicest, most comfortable hotel we stayed in on our entire trip across the East Coast. It was comfortable, clean, and modern. The staff were friendly, helpful and bilingual. Just a few minute's drive to downtown Moncton. Parking very close to the hotel or underground for only $10.
My second time staying it was very comfortable, clean! Breakfast was great! The loaction was further from downtown Moncton but very quiet area and you can still get to places very easily. The rooms were well sound proofed I didn't hear much noise.
Will definitely stay again.
The Breakfast was terrible. Waffle maker out of service, eggs like Rubber. No Cups or Milk at counter, had to ask for replacements. Had to get Key for Room reset 4 times and Staff smitty on this. Rooms were at the very end of Hotel, no elevators. Just a Terrible place to stay
The hotel clerk that checked us in was wonderful. I believe her name was Clare. We were able to do an early check-in, and our room was upgraded. The room was lovely. We were very pleased with our stay.
The hotel room was very comfy, clean and the service was excellent. Will recommend to stay here if visiting Moncton. I will be back. Great pool and hot tub/jacuzzi.
