We thought that Tricia greeted us with smiles and warmth and we felt very welcome. She provided us with excellent info and what and where to go and do. |

Nice hotel with good facilities - very cleam - fridge in room. Not good location - heavy roadworks and too many beggars, drunks etc around for a pleasant experience. |

As I was visiting my daughter at Ottawa University the location was excellent. ( within 1 kilometer from the campus ) Also the cost was very reasonable for downtown Ottawa, |

The hotel was quiet eventhough it was located downtown. Within walking distance to Byward Market was an added bonus and the reason I choose the hotel. |

Trisha on the front desk was very professional at both check in and check out. She was a delight and very knowledgeable about the hotel, facilities and areas of interest in Ottawa. Well Done The people in the room above were noisey but thats not the hotels fault. |

everything was great to our needs people pulling in off the street to reg. didn,t pull up far enough off the road and were very rude when I sat half in and out and waited for them to move as I feel there wasn,t enough room to go around them because of the angle I was on when I turned in they should of pulled up ahead further in the first place.Your hotel was great. |

We were surprised that it was so clean, the room was larger than expected, includes a fridge and sink in room, coffee maker. Beds were comfortable. We arrived early in the morning (check-in is at 2pm) and the hotel staff let us leave our car in the parking lot while we visited Ottawa. Location is excellent! About 4 blocks from Byward market, Parliament, etc. There is a 24 hour Metro grocery store 1 block away. Located in a seedy area of town, fan/air conditioner was broken. |

The rooms are massive! We had no water in the rooms and none supplied by the hotel in bottles on my last night staying at the hotel. I got into my room at gone 11pm and there was a letter telling me that the water would be switched off from 11pm to 6am that night! I had no chance to buy bottled water. Something, which I feel the hotel should have supplied. |

When we arrived, we had booked a room with 2 double beds. They had mistakenly given us a room with one bed only. The hotel was booked solid for that night. We went to the main desk and they were still able to accommodate us. They moved us to a room with 2 beds. Very nice front staff. There was ample parking also. |

I found the hotel clean, very quiet and the staff were friendly. . It is not in the best part of the city particularly when walking toward the Parliament buildings. . |

The clerk in the morning was very helpful and lilstened to our complaint and was going to follow up on the situation right away. We were all settled in our room and we were about to leave for dinner and the lock on the door was broken and we could not lock our room and we had to be relocated else where. |

Staff were exceptionally helpful and always cheerful (including the cleaning staff!). Great location, comfortable and clean room, free parking. This particular Days Inn is as good as a 2- or 3-star hotel can be. |
