Location as a convent stop of point, good breakfast.

Noisy air conditioning unit and noise from other people's showers.

It was close to everything. The breakfast was excellent. Beds were comfortable and clean. Had a very quiet sleep. Most ac are very noisy- this one was quiet-makes a difference. Would definitely recommend to others!

Parking area could be cleand up and more lit.

It was a great stay. There really was nothing major that was wrong. The complimentary breakfast was outstanding and the staff person (Cathleen(?)) was very friendly as were all the other staff. I hope I can stay there again at a great rate! Location was awesome, everything was handy for us.

The first night was a bit noisy (windy) but that is circumstances beyond control. The wind also caused the bathroom fan vent damper to knock. It sounded a bit like someone at the door and was loud enough it would wake a light sleeper. Really not a big deal.

Friendly staff, quickly responded to our request for chairs on the room (although there should have already been chairs).

Breakfast buffet was terrible: they didn't make extra for the rugby team staying there, who ate all the fresh buffet food before the rest of the hotel guests arrived. Bathroom was moldy and the '1 bedroom suite' was super tiny, with a terrible hide-a-bed mattress. The window overlooked a gas station, with noisy trucks pulling in and out constantly. My partner left a scarf in the room (100% certain), and it was missing from the room when she went to get it just after check out (and a visit from housekeeping). Also, no pool/hot tub as advertised.

We liked the location. It was near to where we had to do business. We liked and appreciated that the staff found our lost portable DVD player's adaptor cord and phoned us about it very quickly.

We did not like the noisy room facing the highway. We heard all the traffic coming and going and near the hotels. We asked to be moved to another room. It was much better. The front desk staff was very accommodating.

This hotel is just beautiful, we stayed here back in February too, the staff are so friendly and very accommodating, mostly mature staff, very clean, the breakfast is awesome, definitely be here again in the future 10 stars from us !!!!

The staff were very helpful, the rooms were slightly bigger than same type hotels, well equipped with fridge and microwave...good value for a budget hotel. And was clean for a 14 year old INN. Amazing view on 3rd floor - bfast room.

Would like to have stairs near the elevator, as an optional use. Excercise room can improve on bfast spread - like scrammbled eggs. bread choice - brown, bagel, muffins Also the boiled eggs seemed to have an odour.

Comfortable bed

For a new hotel it wasn't in a very good state of repair, a drawer in the room was broken, it was difficult to get the fire lit and the jacuzzi controls were replaced by an on/off switch. The fake hardwood floor was showing signs of wear (there were no rugs or carpet) and it was impossible to turn the shower on without getting wet.

the breakfast on the 3rd floor was great.Very tasty and a lot of variety (waffles,yogurt,cold cereal,toast etc)

coffee in the room was horrible and at the breakfast, there was no decaf coffee

The staff were very freindly, the room we stayed in was clean, it had nice new updated furnishings and a very comfortable king bed. It was a bargain compared to many of the other accomodations in the area and we would stay there again. We also thought the hotel provided a nice breakfast bar with a variety of items.

No complaints from us! We only stayed one night and for a longer visit it would be nice to have a seating area/small couch, however that may have be available in other rooms.

The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were quiet for the most part.

Some of the renovations were not complete and the carpet in our room was very old and dirty.

The room was very comfortable and clean. It was nice to see such a clean room. The lady at front reception when we checked in was extremely friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel.

It has been recently renovated, and is tasteful and cosy. The beds are very comfy.

The reception area is dismal, and unfortunately you only get one chance to make a good first impression. We were all uncomfortable with what we were going to find. The continental breakfast could be much better...fruit, boiled eggs,...baked beans, all are easy to have. .

The hot tub was great, and the room spacecious.

It was clean, quiet, well priced, the breakfast room had a great view and the food offered was just fine! The staff was so friendly! I would go back for sure!
