staff was good. room was decent and we liked the breakfast. we got a one bedroom because of our dogs and child. it was good for the price!!
pool was not working. we checked in at 330 as check in was 3 pm. they were still cleaning our room until about 430.
Price was reasonable
Pool was out of order
Looks like they rent rooms by the month.. Had to deal with a drunk that was noisy . Should have refunded money. I have never dealt with noise like that. Breakfast is not replaced if you are not there early enough.
breakfast was good furniture was nice
- no battery in fire alarm - staff were pleasant enough but I was not asked about my stay - pool was not available and we were was not advised.
Friendly staff Great breakfast Comfortable beds Nice selection of room types
I had a great looking suite but had to move because of poor soundproofing. The traffic noise was pretty loud and the plumbing from the room below was so loud it woke me up; even with ear plugs. Friendly staff moved me to the quieter section and all was fine.
good promotional price was attractive and the space in the room was good. The bathroom had a.nice shower and the breakfast offerings were ok for the price. We didn't expect much.
the sheets were old and worn, the towels were thin and scratchey, there was a lack of decor, the lobby was full and boring with no natural light (no welcome feeling or charm), the bed was hard and old, there was very little in the way of choice for tea, the tiled floors were cold under foot. Why do all hotels these days use plastic cups in the bathroom and paper ones for coffee and tea. I would not stay at the hotel again. It was the most lifeless, boring, ugly, plain hotel I've ever stayed in. A huge disappointment from the ads and other Days Inn I've stayed at.
Breakfast was adequate, close to restaurants, bed was comfortable, upgrades in the bathroom, easy access to the highway
Took a suite so we could enjoy the fireplace, didn't work, contacted the front desk and they informed me they were still on summer mode and the gas hadn't been turned on yet, very disappointing.
Room location and lay out was Good
Pool water was Cold, hot tub was cold and water smelled bad
Prompt desk service for check in and they corrected the cleaning/ housekeeping issue right away.
No toilet paper in room initially. Poor finish on walls, still signs of patchwork on walls. Unsanded drywall patches and no touch up paint. Far from romantic setting.
Great bed, great shower, water pressure excellent. Close to restaurants, mall, easy to access, very friendly and accommodating staff
Door keycards didn't work - had to get staff help breakfast was underwhelming wifi slow - a common problem in hotels.
The close proximity to the Trans Canada Highway.
The distance from the airport and its hard to navigate to the hotel.
We asked for quiet rooms and enjoyed a quiet night. Beds are solid, but not too hard. Very clean and smelled clean and fresh. Fridge is so helpful for food carried along for the trip. Breakfast had something for most people.
No fresh fruit for the breakfast. Otherwise it was fine.
very nice room and great price
hot tub was very cold for all 3 days that we stayed there. we had 6 rooms booked in the hotel for 3 days each and each room complained about the hot tub being cold at least twice each and still nothing was done about it
Nice and clean with bathroom ventilation fan, breakfast included, free WiFi, friendly staff, close to restaurants, gas stations, highway exit/entrance and other hotels/motels.
Elevator a bit old, lobby too small.
The size of the room was very nice, also the Jacuzzi bath in the room. The bathroom was very nicely renovated, but.....
There were no glasses in the room, all papercups, not nice when you want to drink a glass of wine. Also, the faucet over the nice bathroom sink was badly placed, no room to wash your hands, the water barely goes over the rim of the sink, no good. We saw dustbunnies and peanuts under the radiator...
bed, bathroom ,view ,clean
parking, missing coffee carafe, breakfast room was unattended and dirty waffle mix watery, no juice
Location - two minutes off the main highway and very easy to get to. Restaurants easily walked to. Everything is nicely modernized. Great breakfast facilities, even though I didn't use them this time. (Have other times.) Pleasant staff. Never use the kitchen so couldn't say excellent!
The room had holes in the walls in sitting area. Kitchen stove wasnt clean. No bathtub in the room just a shower
Car wash beside us
It was excellent value for money
Noise level in hallways and the beds were super hard
I was pleasantly surprised how nice the room was. I arrived a day early and was able to get my room right away. The front desk women were nice and very helpful. I will stay here again Thank you
poor wifi - slow, poor connection; had to work through service provider to get connected - even then service was not very good
Excellent room. Quiet. Could play cards on the table. Bathroom was good.
Wi fi was very not good. Kept cutting in and out. Had to phone the 800 number to get our service back.
I liked the fact you had a suite which meant a separate bedroom. While traveling with our young adult daughter she needed her own space as did we. Please ensure that your pull out couches have a decent mattress. The space was comfortable overall and good separation between the living room area and the one bedroom.
Your advertised continental breakfast was not as you described and I can't recall your adjective. I found the breakfast offering to be nothing spectacular. Although it did provide basics for a breakfast.
