only maybe the personnel
There was a pool available, room was clean, products in the bathroom were organic !!
I kept waking up because i could hear the people in he hall as if our door was opened. Any noise that was made by the neighbours we heard , that means thy could hear us too.. Very uncomfotable situation, especially when ur looking for intimacy! Didnt sleep too well
The price is fair
Room is much smaller than it looks likes on the picture. One bed, one desk and one chair, no more space...
Very quiet and good place, nice comfortable beds, clean.
helpful staff, free parking, calm
not in the city center but good bus service
The staff was poor and rude to us. The rooms need refurbishment. The rooms are small and there is no elevator. The stairs are very steep so the rooms are really hard accessible with luggage. The breakfast is a joke, the worst breakfast I've ever seen. You don't have anything to choose from. And beware: you have to leave 100 CAD as a deposit when you check-in, which of course is not mentioned anywhere.
friendly staffs and quiet room
The hotel was good but the staff were both extremely helpful and friendly. they were great.
Good location - possible to walk to old town but also on bus route - also easy to find when driving. Staff very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about local area. Room large, clean and comfortable. Free parking. Excellent value for money.
Room wasn't available until 4pm
The price was fair, because you don't need to pay for parking and breakfest. The hotel was clean. About the location, if you go by car, no problem. Quebec is not a big city, so in few minutes you can be in the most important places of it.
The bedroom was a lit bit small.
My girlfriend and I liked that they had on site parking, a pool and complimentary breakfast that was all we needed but the room was awesome and for the price you couldn't beat it.
We didn't stay longer
Confortable, silencieux, parking gratuit
trop loin du centre, quartier peu accueillant
The room size and quality of the includes. Much bigger and fresher than expected. The staff were five star.
On our third morning the breakfast room was grid locked because a tour bus was using the facilities. The numbers overwhelmed the facilities but everyone was polite and we survived.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Catherine on reception is a star. Use of kitchen utilities was very convenient for us.
The noise levels from the traffic on the main road at the front of the hotel are pretty bad, particularly if you are a light sleeper.
Comfy beds...wonderful staff Complimentary breakfast Vanessa, Catherine And Edith were the best!
Three flight walk up with no bellhop! Neighborhood is dark really dark and sidewalks are in disrepair...it's easy to fall... Taxi to the train is $10 plus tip drivers will take American bucks...to airport is $35!!! ...short hop to train station, tho, you could walk it in 20 minutes...the #1 bus is $3.25 exact change...stay on it and it goes to Frontenac!
Quebec City is an exciting place. Lots to see and do. Our hotel was very well situated out of the hustle of downtown but close enough to all attractions.
All the construction on many downtown streets, hard to find your way.
There was third tax in final bill, was never mentioned upfront.
It was quite nice to be able to hit up local watering holes on the way to and fro the old city. Being near a Metro was also a plus, as it saved us a loony or twoony, giving us more shrapnel for our meager pockets. Being a young/poor couple we had to hoof it our entire stay to pull a Gangnam Style pwrso a in the old city...didn't venture much else but to procure some smokes from the local bodega while the missus was tuckered out
The front desk clerks were so friendly and knowledgeable! The room was clean if a little small. Bus stop to old Quebec just across the street. And great coffee for the morning! So glad we stayed here rather than in old quebec!
Very friendly receptionist with a lot of good recommendations. Lots of restaurants around (Burger at Le Fin Gourmet!). Very comfortable beds. Laundry room! Simple but good breakfast.
No elevator, all luggage has to be carried along the stairs. Stench of chlorated water (very special for entire Quebec).
Very clean and spacious rooms. Our room included a kitchenette. Staff was helpful. Breakfast is included but very basic with toast, bagels and cornflakes. Parking is included.
Its a bit far off the city centre. You need to take the bus.
Being able to open the window. Very helpful clerk at the front desk. Good-sized room, quiet.
Smell of chlorine in the lobby, probably from the swimming pool.
If you're the kind of traveller that just needs a good clean comfortable hotel to put your head down at night then this is great. The staff were pleasant and very helpful. I didn't use the pool but it looked good and the breakfast was nice as well.
It's a bit more than a 15 minute walk to downtown but certainly nothing that would distract from our stay.
