The only bad thing about the Inn was that we booked room 3 the Spinnaker room with a private bath but we didn't know the bathroom was down the hall. It was not convenient at all. All of the other rooms had ensuits. We would have booked one of those rooms had we known.
Couldn't ask for a better view of the Bras D'Ors Lake. Everything was in walking distance. We went out for the evening and when we returned, we wondered if we were the only guests as it was so quiet in the Inn. We were surprised to get up the next morning to find there were, in fact, other guests. The housekeeper, Beverly, was very friendly and gave us some great ideas of things to do in the area. Of which our favourite was our ride on the schooner Amoeba. All of the guys on the boat we're informative and entertain. My husband loved the huge $5 plate (37 of them!) Of mussels that Tom cooked up for him at the fish market on the Wharf. The Alexander Graham Bell exhibit was also a great activity. We learned so much about his life that we had no idea about. Can't say good things about our trip to Baddeck and the Dunlop Inn. We will definetly be back!
