The hosts were great- friendly, informative, helpful. The whole place was delightful and the breakfasts were so well- planned and delicious. Definitely a place to go back to for a longer stay. Lots to do in the area and good wineries with tours and tastings.
I liked everything!
This B&B is unique. Beautiful house and amenities and view. Extremely generous hosts and very friendly atmosphere.
Lake view everywhere from this house.
Everything was fantastic! Stayed extra days and will be coming back again. Great people great experience!
Beautiful place with wonderful hosts! Amazing view and location, great room and delicious breakfast. A very relaxing and wonderful place to stay!
Everything about Eagle's Nest B & B was great. Alan (and Gary's) breakfasts were delicious and the accommodations are luxurious and comfortable. Warm and friendly, Gary and Alan made us feel right at home. I was travelling with my 87 years young mother to visit family and they treated her (and me) like royalty. Can't say enough about this beautiful place. We will definitely be back!
Beautiful home and views. Excellent outside spaces to relax. Great accommodation with every attention to detail. Wonderful prepared breakfast.
Everything was great.
It is an amazing place! I've stayed there with my Dad that came to visit me from Kazakhstan. Place is like a fairy tale... owners are super friendly house it very clean, room was huge!It feels like visiting a family or a relative, not like B&B
The fact that I had to go back to Vancouver=(
Amenities quite more than expected. Both hosts eclectic enough to have an intelligent conversation with guests from all walks of life. Quiet (unless rocking out in the shop -optional) peaceful, and impeccably kept. Should stay several days to gain the full experience.
What's there not to like?
Excellent B&B. Lots of thoughtful extras. Friendly hosts. Quiet location, beautiful property. Delicious breakfast.
The owners went above and beyond in terms of making sure we were comfortable and had what we needed. Would definitely recommend this place to others.
Everything! Fantastic all around. I would come back.
Beautiful room, excellent hosts, really good breakfasts, great places to walk and hike - near good vineyards.
Great staff, very very clean, nice atmosphere , nice location. Strongly recommend.
my room was next to the water heather and my sleep was occasionally disturbed by its humming. Not a big issue, next time would ask for a different room.
The room was comfortable and there was a nice whirlpool to use on the outside deck of the house.
The host who greeted me charged me $20.00 extra for a late arrival which I did not mind very much but he was rather gruff and totally unsympathetic about how difficult it is to find the property after dark. There was only a small dark sign (no light shining on it) partially hidden by tree branches at the start of the long driveway leading to the house---extremely difficult to see after dark (after 8:30-9 p.m. in summer) as I must have passed by it several times before finally finding it. The property is extremely remote---not really a Kelowna location at all but several km from another much smaller town (Winfield) on a remote dirt road in the countryside (quiet but hard to find!). The breakfast was adequate but quite ordinary, no fresh pastries and rather bland waffles one morning...overall, not great value.
Picturesque location, good parking, great balconies off each level of this home, very attractive home - well kept & furnished, very clean, comfortable, huge suite, great king bed. aAl your needs have been considered and anything you need is available - just ask - including cold wine. Allan, the owner/operator was a little cool at first but came around at breakfast and we greatly enjoyed his company. Overall it was a great, relaxing stay close to many wineries. Off the beaten path but close enough to take advantage of the restaurants near the chaos they call HWY 97. You do need a car to appreciate this place.
The bathroom was shared. It did not really matter because we were the only people on that level but I did not pay enough attention to this when booking. Just be aware of what the bathroom situation is with each room.
Very friendly, relaxed and welcoming. Such a beautiful location it made us want to move there. We enjoyed chatting with Alan and the Eggs Benedict one morning, poached eggs and bacon the next, he cooked us for breakfast. Fruit and cereal as well as fresh coffee were on hand. After driving for two days we enjoyed a relaxing sauna and slept peacefully in a thoughtfully presented, clean room with tasteful, interesting decor, beautiful view and luxuriously comfortable bed.
