Spa Eastman  

I liked the landscaping. I liked the friendly helpful, bilingual staff. I liked the food. I like the choice of services and the available spa installations. I like that you cannot be bored. I like that their are mostly women that go to the spa. The two times I have had massages at the spa I have loved them in comparison to other massages.

I do not like that the rooms make friends sleep in the same bed. It should be automatic that you ask whether you need one or two beds. I did not feel that this option was encouraged. The bedding was too hot. That seaweed conconction is foul (I know, its healthy...but still..yuch!) The kitchen is very slow in getting out the dinner meals (one hour wait)

The atmosphere was very relaxing and peaceful. The facility is very well-maintained, clean and rustic-style. The grounds are lovely and hiking trails pleasant. The pools, spas, hammam and arctic baths, and lounging areas were excellent. Reception was very professional. The food and service at the restaurant was outstanding. Delicious, nutritious, organic food, gourmet recipes. Even organic wine...

la qualité de la nourriture, le personnel très agréable, les fruits à volonté, les tisanes naturelles disponibles en tout temps, les bains, l'emplacement, les pistes de raquette, le foyer, le prêt de robe de chambre.

le fait qu'il y a de la musique nouvel-âge partout, les petits contenants de beurre en plastique (non respectueux pour l'environnement), les tapis partout, y compris dans les chambres (un tapis c'est un ramasse-poussière, mauvais pour les allergies)

L'environnement était très agréable, en pleine nature. Le personnel très chaleureux. L'ambiance très calme et reposante. Les soins (massages) excellents. La nourriture très santé. Ils sont très bien organisés. J'ai apprécié la possibilité de rester au spa même si je devais quitter ma chambre à midi. J'avais toujours un casier et j'ai pu profiter de toute la journée au spa, jusqu'à 18h.

Tout était parfait...mais un peu cher.

Unfortunately there are many Quebecers' who do not hide their disdain for "English" speakers. Altho as soon as they find out you are American & NOT a fellow Canadian they immediately forgive the fact that your French is not so good!! This observation only refers to Guests - Spa staff are Wonderful, Warm, Fun & Very Professional!!!

I loved everything.....the spas, the nature, the people, the food, the conferences, .....everything. To me, being at the Spa-Eastman is like spending some time in Paradise,

I cannot think of anything for now.....
