The decore, the location, the tv channel that tells you what to do - I am a native Torontonian so I can say that they were right on all accounts.
I didn't have enough time to use the pool! :)
Carpets dirty Elevators diry Parking garage not well lit - dirty entrance from garage
Location and polite staff
Please change elevator carpets in the old wing and serve better breakfast selections.
bed and pillows pool and fitness room location amenities
wi-fi very spotty had to work on bed as opposed to desk
I liked everything about this hotel except for the mattress.
The mattress was too hard. My back hurt every morning. The marriott have the best mattresses.
I did not like getting stuck in the elevator on the 10th floor for 20 minutes. I pressed the emergency button to try to get help and all that I heard was "Oh My" . I reported this to the man who was very nice who delivered my food to my room. He brought it to the attention of security. I really thought that a discount would have been appropriate in the circumstances.
Every last thing
Location, amenities and great customer service with value for money.
Great central location for meetings in downtown area. Good restaurants close by.
Some road noise at 4 am even at 14th floor. Not sure what could be done except perhaps better windows.
Comfortable room, nice toiletries.
Checking in was long!
I love the location of the Eaton Chelsea it's central. The staff are amazing and friendly. Normal check in time is 3:00 however we were able to check in at 1:00 our room was ready upon our arrival.
the adult pool and work out equipment very easy to use. the down town location gives easy access to all areas of core entertainment and great shopping is not far Bloor st. Queen st. the in house pizza is very good and priced to eat. staff was helpful and polite.all in all stay was comfortable.
access to v.i.p.lounge should be made available to all 1865 members as well put 4 pillows on bed.3 is wrong # for 2 people. as well 1 more bath towel would be great for wet hair. Wi Fi should be included it is a very used item. step up.
location location location!
Expensive and very awkward parking garage
Hotel location Bed was comfy
Rooms and hallways very dated Expensive parking Hallway carpets looked dirty
Excellent location, close to downtown and hospitals within Walking distance Friendly knowledgable sta
Pool a little cool..
Central location, within walking distance to most of downtown Toronto.
Staff was extremely rude and downright unfriendly. Service staff must never have been told that they work in the 'hospitality' industry. Mentioned one particularly awful encounter with a bartender to the hotel manager who completely brushed it off.
familiar surroundings good food
arrogant check in clerk female nose in air
I really appreciated the free WiFi. Location was very good and the staff were friendly.
My room seemed cramped and outdated. It was clean though.
location, bed, wifi
heater is in poor condition with huge noise that makes sleeping impossible and can't make the room warm enough to feel comfortable.
staff was very helpful and recommended a great restaurant. We were able to walk to restaurant and to Massey Hall.
would have liked a small refrigerator in room
location, staff, king bed, facilities, location, location, location; superb building
My son and I stayed here on business for 2 nights. We liked the location in relation our business needs and very much enjoyed Monarch's in the evening to watch the games and the live band on Friday night.
The bathroom in our room is in need of a major rehab, the floor tiles were cracked and in bad repair along with the discoloured tub and loose fixtures. It also needs a fan to get rid of the humidity.
friendly staff, comfortable beds, great location, and the Market restaurant makes it easy to grab a bite when you need one. And there's gluten-free pizza!
the bathroom drains are really slow (a minor issue, but still...), and in the past, some of the rooms I've stayed in have been pretty tired-looking - the newly renovated ones are nicer.
Good location close to Eaton Centre and Yonge St. Decent restaurants on site. WiFi.
Some rooms are still a bit shabby and walls are thin so corridor noise is high, My room on 4th floor was too close to elevators, ice machine etc and I asked to be moved (Room on 16th floor was much better)
