All the rooms have a stunning view of the bay and a deck to sit and watch the sunset (though unfortunately it rained when we were there). The innkeeper, Sue, is wonderfully personable and funny, and a great cook. It is very close to the Lighthouse Loop of the Wild Pacific Trail, which is not to be missed.

The weather--hardly the fault of the inn!

It was our first trip to this region, and our hostess was one of the best things along with the beautiful scenery. The breakfasts were great and filling. Su was a resource of sights and places to dine. We had to leave early on our last day so she packed a to go breakfast. When I said I wanted to stop for Nanaimo bars, she made some homemade to include with our breakfast. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and hated to leave so soon.

Su, our host, enhanced the quality of our stay immeasurably with her friendly attention to our comfort as well as her outstanding breakfasts that served as two meals. The privacy, cleanliness, accessibility, large rooms, and stunning view also helped to make our 3-day stay an enjoyable one. Highest recommendations!

Nothing. Honestly--nothing. We felt like family, only better fed ;)

Sue our host was very warm, friendly and welcoming. She was also very informative of the area. Substantial/delicious breakfast. Peaceful, quiet location in easy reach to the Pacific Rim National Hiking Trail and some great restaurants. Thanks Sue (and "Sherlock") for a wonderful stay!!

Our host Sue was professional and personable. The room overlooked a beautiful inlet complete with misty ocean. The breakfast was very good, plentiful and nutritious.

Surprised that outside of handsoap, there were no toiletries. We had our own but thought there should be shampoo at least for those who arrive empty-handed.

Owner very pleasant and knowledgeable about the area. The trail located across the road to the lighthouse. The eagles nest pub patio overlooking the marina - Try the fish chowder and the fish tacos. Friday night market. Beach combing for sea glass at the B&B. Great coffee and tasty breakfast in the morning. Thanks for your hospitality Susan.

    Absolutely nothing.
