It was conveniently situated in downtown Toronto. The price for a downtown hotel was good. When we were in our room we could hear quite a lot of noise in the corridors. The room was extremely small. |

Not expensive, fair service, close to the subway, free wireless Internet (It says that the Internet is in the lobby but we could catch it easily from our room). We recommend it if you are mainly going for the price. No fridge in the room. Many beggars nearby and the neighborhood do not give a "safe feeling". Breakfeast is very basic (toast + 2 cereal choices). |

The bed was comfortable and the room clean. It was located not far from Downtown Yonge Street, and so was within an easy walking distance of most sites. It's ashame that they don't have guest parking. The breakfast service - called continental consisted of toast and cereal, coffee, and juice. No croissants, bages, or muffins, or even fruit, which used to be considered part of the continental breakfast. For the price I paid for the room, I was expecting something more. |

Close to where I wanted to be. And it was the right price. Room was pretty tight, but all you really need is the bed, right? It is near some halfway houses, so the people milling about aren't necessarily high class. |

It was nice that the hotel was right downtown, but not to close to the rowdy night life. It was a very big disappointment that there was only parking a minimum of 3 blocks away. |

That is was close by to our destination that day That there was no parking onsite, There was no fridge in the room, no elevator not fun dragging luggage upstairs with you, the staff I had spoke to while making my reservation had told me two different rates and two different payment processes so there was a slight conflict upon our arrival. We were in a hurry and the gentleman at the front desk was on the phone clearly not work realted. |

I booked a double room, but not sure what happened, but when I got there..they said it wasn't available anymore (double booked perhaps). Ended up with a single king sized bed, but they charged me the same price. I didn't have to ask for it, so that was at least thoughtful. Does not have parking nearby, though it was mentioned in the description. |

Hotel is close enough to Dundas Subway Station so you can walk to it and get on the subway - make sure you do not walk alone, not a very lit up neighbourhood. No air conditioning - enable to sleep because it was too hot. For the small accommodations & the lack of parking facilities, this hotel should not be charging more then $80.00 a night. That would be a fair price. |
