- The staff was very kind - The location is very good
- The wifi was not good - The air conditionner a bit noisy (You better switched off if you wanna sleep) - Towels not enough and you should ask the front desk for this (one time the room was cleaned and they didnt pu any towel)
Poor internet service
I like the bed is very comfy.
Wi-Fi not working cuts off all the time. breakfast not a whole lot of selection there's only bread and cereal, muffins. carpeting, tv, bath tub walls are very old. this hotel needs an upgrade. there's no place for parking within the hotel facility. parking is a block down the road.
Great and helpful stuff. Very good location and big room.
Breakfast is ok, and second floor is just accesible from the stairs.
The parking situation was horrible. My car was towed the morning we were leaving. It was a mess and getting help at the desk was worthless
Hard to sign on to WIFI Room felt dusty and unclean around the edges
staff very nice
the neighborhood, homeless people and beggars outside the window
Good location, walking distance from everywhere. Nothing fancy but does the trick!
Two beds and a couch that folded out, comfort for all of us. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Budget hotel that fit for our trip to the Jays game.
Older towels, tub a bit sketchy - could have been cleaner.
Decent continental breakfast
We checked out early as our room looked like it had not been cleaned :( Cigarette burns in the blanket (of a non smoking room), smelt like smoke - one of us is allergic to smoke, towels were stained with make up (I hope!) and there was a hole in the wall of the bathroom? Cheap, good location, but not nice overall.
Bed very comfy, can walk everywhere
Lots of homeless people around, room smelt very musty.
Very clean and really great staff!! Very helpful!!
No refrigerator or microwave in room!!
Near downtown，you can walk to go shopping and have a meal.
No fruit for breakfast.
There was hair in my bed and the sheets looked like they were not changed. Carpets were very dirty that I had to were my shoes all the time. I would never go back.
Clean, and functional; all that was needed for place to stay when looking for an affordable, reasonable place to stay in the downtown core.
Our room was okay, but it is old. Saw a couple of the up graded rooms and wished ours was like that. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, let us leave our luggage in safe keeping on check out day until our flight. Neighbourhood is a little sketchie, but hotel is secure. Bed was comfortable, plastic glasses were wrapped. Came right away when we needed more towels. Air conditioner and fridge worked. Quiet
Coffee packets weren't replaced after they cleaned our room. My sons smoking room which he booked by accident stunk, found a long blonde hair on the comforter. All hotel rooms should be smoke free, smokers are used to going outside and I think they appreciate a non smelling room to. Check out time was 11 but in their hotel book it said 12 so they don't go over what is in the rooms for guests to look at. Neighbourhood is sketchie, Rug in room very old. Needs to get a good cleaning in the corners of the room.
It was close to the village.
The staff was very rude. I was hung up on four times when calling the hotel before checking in. The manager who checked me in argued with me and told me "I guess the customer is always right even when they are wrong". There wasn't an elevator so suitcases needed to be carried up narrow stairs. Staff did not offer to help with bags. The room reeked of cigarette smoke. Ice machine only located on the first floor. Dirty footprints on the bathroom floor. The iron had a cord and large metal bracket on it which I'm assuming used to be attached to the wall so it couldn't be stolen. It made ironing extremely difficult. The hair dryer in the bathroom was falling off of the wall over the sink. The doors were rusty. There was questionable stains on the wallpaper that looked like feces.
Location, free breakfast
Bathroom sink needed fixing; a cup of water took 15 minutes to drain
Staff quickly found me an alternate room when the first they gave me had clearly been smoked in.
Breakfast options were extremely limited (breads, cereals); would have liked yogurt and fruit.
spacious room. full size bathtub. helpful staff
no fruit at breakfast
Location was close to parts of the city I wanted to visit. Affordable. Free breakfast.
Room smelled like cigarettes. Carpet was stained all over. Only provided one towel and one wash cloth. The sink was backed up. The walls had holes in them. The trim in the room was peeling apart. No elevator to third floor. Overall, needed a lot of updating and repairs.
Very nice hotel staff, comfortable room, close to everything, very clean.
no mini fridge
A bit out if the way from the main part of the city but we were happy to walk. Basic breakfast but at least it was provided. Most places don't offer anything!
Toronto !! Nothing to recommend it, including Niagara Falls. A big disappointment.
Very small room ...cluttered with furniture .....no elevator
