Score from 124 reviews Good
Pool and hot tub are nice. Laundry works great. Parking is no problem. Staff is very friendly. Close to C-Train (5 minutes walk).
Breakfast is very cheap and available only with plastic dishes. For such a large hotel that's not acceptable.
Breakfast was just OK
Included in rate
Area was too small for all guests
Hotel informed no reservation confirmation to Booking.com. But, no information from Booking.com to me.
Fine overall quality room facilities. Helpful service.
Breakfast a crowded scramble for rather basic options.
Light breakfast and small pool.
Walking across the pedestrian bridge through Calgary campus early in the morning. Good seafood restaurant close by, Joey's Seafood. Yum!
The connection back onto the highway is counter intuitive, but I figured it out somehow
It was a walking distance from where were having our games and McMahon stadium
We greatly enjoyed the stay, staff, rooms and accommodations for the three nights that we stayed there. Very clean and environment friendly. Our family was very happy with the whole experience. The parking area was well lighted as well. Very safe.
The only thing that was a concern was that as you drove out of the hotel, there was a tree that blocked your view of oncoming traffic. There isn't a shoulder, so it is very dangerous when leaving.
Room was big for 2 queen beds.
Tub was stained. Called to have it scrubbed but it still looked the same. As most hotels breakfast area too small for hotel occupants.
Staff were very helpful when trying to find our way around and the fridge/microwave/coffee maker were very nice to have in room.
The tub was a bit gritty and water wasn't hot in the in the morning.
Cheap, clean, free breakfast
Check in took so long
Value for money.
The fridge is a bit noisy.
Great value for money accomodation when staying in Calgary.
Clean, friendlyness , good location.
A little expensive
Fairly clean rooms and Wi-Fi.
I am disabled. I didn't like the access to outside rooms and no handicapped bathrooms. I had to crawl on my hands and knees to get into the bathroom as my wheelchair wouldn't fit. Staff didn't seem to be concerned my being handicapped in a "normal" room.
friendly stuff nice breakfast
no reception of wi fi in the room at all
When I got to the hotel I advised that I had health problems and couldn't walk too far. When I got up to my room it was the very furthest room from the elevator. I headed back to the desk and noted that several rooms were opened and the cleaning finished. The housekeeper was extremely nice and offered a change of room. I asked at the desk and the clerk said no. She also said no managers worked on weekends. The next morning I decided to check out and asked to speak to the manager. What an absolutely horrible woman. She berated me because I got "exactly the room I ordered", that all the rooms were let and the motel was full (with 5 cars in the parking lot). She actually yelled at me and dared me to complain to the company, said they wouldn't care. Stay as far away from this motel as you can. This woman should not be a manager.
great price, clean with a good location
Good location Okay pricing
Noisy if corner location on main road and Ctrain. Older property need some TLC
Staff and location are great.
The wifi was week and took forever to use. I had to use the public terminal some times.
Staff were friendly. Beds were comfortable.
Great location, only 20 minute walk to Foothills Hospital. Room was very clean.
The value for money. Most of the hotel i've been had never asked me for some deposit and incidental deposit or something.
