My 430 wake up call did not happen

Great breakfast and very nice receptionists at the front desk. The shuttle drivers were kind too.

Airport shuttle should be available to take people to the airport more often than hourly.

It has no elevator!!! I was traveling with a weeks worth of luggage and had to take it up a flight of stairs, only to get to the top and have to thump them down 5 more steps. Ludicrous.

The bed and especially the pillows were extremely comfortable...

very convenient to airport, did not use the shuttle (we had a rental) but very good service was provided

My wife had a very bad foot and could hardly walk. I was surprised that no wheelchairs were available and there was not even an attempt to secure one. After all you are an airport hotel and am sure you have clients , because of accidents, need some assistance. Our previous hotel in Mexico City not only had wheelchairs but personnel ready and willing to help.

Very close to the airport. Good if you are on a trasit fligth.

The staff were very, very helpful. In particular Ceasar the driver, the night clerk, the manager and the bar staff for a much needed and appreciated very late night beer. In the morning I could find nothing at the buffet so the manager brought to my room a poached egg sandwich. All above and beyond the call. Called and told me I'll have boxed breakfast in my room(early departure), and font desk lady confirmed it. There was nothing. Font desk lady was impatient and irresponsible.

The argument between the bar owner and the reception lady. She asked him to close the bar door because it was too noisy and he answered saying that " he would make a lot of money to-nite and he didn't want to close it."

Over Priced for the rooms.No elevator and had large suitcases to carry.Pictures advertised of hotel were not acurate.

Beds were very comfortable. They had a choice of pillows. Very convenient to the airport. Great continental breakfast. Friendly staff.

One of the beds did not have clean sheets or pillowcases (covered in hair). Since there was no house-keeping staff on duty, we either had to change rooms or make the bed ourselves. We chose the latter.

Proximity to International Centre. Great bed. Breakfast good although at 8:30 am, the scrambled eggs were bad. Very nice front desk people. Easy to get into and out of.

We only arrived at 9:30 pm, just in time to sleep so didn't even look at what amenities were available.

This is a hotel I would recommend for overnight stay. TH staff is efficient. There i a restaurant open late until midnight which is great when you arrive late.

The only problem was the long time, I had to wait for the shuttle service.

The beds were super comfortable - we were relunctant to leave them ! The staff were very helpful and allowed us early access to our room - which was very much appreciated.

The bedroom was a little cool and there seemed to be no way to rectify the matter. The restaurant was not up to the standard of the rest of the hotel - the food was rather poor.

Nice to have the bar in the me building, with good food.

The free breakfast is excellent and the shuttle service was excellent. It was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly
