The pick-up service from the airport was excellent, staff were friendly and efficient.

Breakfast

Airport pickup took 45 minutes and the hotel is 5 min from airport. Called three times and given different and untruthful excuses each time ( mechanical problem with van, you were in wrong spot).

We liked the hotel is so close to the airport, the shuttlebus was perfect on time. All compliments! The room is clean, staff helpfully and breakfast is ok too. So we would surely recommand this hotel to people who don't want to travel much for a night of sleep after arriving on the airport. Don't expect a beautiful environment, but that was not what we looked for. So superb to our expectations!

Location good for travelers in and from Toromto.

Clean towels were rationed and limited to only a enough for two people - our family was three adults.

The desk clerks were polite. The driver at 5:00 A.M. was very helpful and provided good information.

I was present when the clerk at the airport information desk called the motel to advise them they had one guest to be picked up. I waited over 45 minutes at d5 on the lower level. I observed numerous other hotel shuttles come and go. The one from Comfort Inn never arrived. Tired and frustrated, I took a cab, which cost me $22.00 for the short ride. I asked the desk clerk for a wake-up call at 4:00 A.M. Fortunately, I woke myself, but the phone call never came. I did not shower, so could not have missed the call for that reason. The desk clerk said she called my room twice. I returned to my room and had her call me again. This time, the phone rang. There is no logical explanation for this unless she called the wrong number by mistake.

Close to the airport, which in our case was important as we had an early flight to take.

Spacious room that was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was adequate.

Position, shuttle bus, choice of where to eat, helpful staff. not too big. Ideal for an airport stop over.

Very old tv. Breakfast was served with plastic cutlery... Tacky The door to the hotel room had a huge gap on the side and underneath.. Could hear a lot of noise and a lot of light, which disturbed our sleep.

very close to the airport,the free shuttle bus was down for repair,but the front desk immediately called me a taxi and i arrived promptly at the airport on time.great job!

room had a bit of a musty smell,perhaps the air conditioner was responsible for the odor and may have required cleaning or service,otherwise a great stay and great location.

Very close to airport, good value for the price. Was a nice surprise to get complimentary breakfast in the room (thanks to Sale Director)

Staff, one floor for us

A water leak occured in the room above me and it rained in my bathroom for most of 2 hours. I was compensated $25.00 for my inconvenience. I was asked at 5:30am, if I wanted to be moved. By that time I knew sleep was out of the question so I remained in the wet room until check out.

Good airport transfers. Good staff. 5 min walk to airport T3 from where Bus192 + Subway line quickly takes you to downtown for a bargain $3.

Property and rooms somewhat run down and frayed at the edges. Comfort Inn need to spend money to bring back up to standard. Also very slow Wi-Fi.

Staff at front desk not very friendly. Felt like I was putting them out when we arrived to register for our stay at the hotel.

Close to airport as we flew out for a week in Cuba and were able to leave our car in a security area... Price was right too and breakfast included was great.

Hotel a little run down, but good.

You came when we were ready and the airport, very near and staff was great and breakfast was fine.

My 430 wake up call did not happen

Great breakfast and very nice receptionists at the front desk. The shuttle drivers were kind too.

Airport shuttle should be available to take people to the airport more often than hourly.
