We stayed for 3 nights the hotels was great. New owner brings changes and we understood that there would be some issues and there was but it did not interfer with the quality of stay. I would stay again. |

The bathroom was dirty and toilet out of order...room dirty . I did not feel comfortable . Everything was dirty and no matter how well located if it is not carefully cleaned , it wont be a place one wants to go back. Dirty all over. |

I was extremely pleased with the entire experience! You are one of the only hotels in the YYZ area that offers free parking and continental breakfast...I searched the internet to find those two things. I was attending a conference at another hotel during my three day stay, where my wallet and all i.d. were stolen. Not one thing. I will be back! |

The hotel was close to the airport, the rooms were clean and quiet. The shuttle did not pick me up as arranged - even after two calls. The hotel was 3 km from the airport but it took over 40 minutes for them to finally collect us. The message was not relayed to the driver. The eating facilities (bar with food) closed two hours earlier than posted (actually at 10:50pm we were told that itwas closed -posted info was for 1 am) No explanation. |

职工非常友好，很干净 很安静 热水不错 早餐很一般 基本上就是面包黄油果酱那种 其他的 没有什么， 房间有一股味道，酒店没有配备转换插头， |
