Superkind staff, very helpful even in helping out with car rental, internet, etc. Although not the newest hotel, I would go back for the exceptional service provided by the staff. Friendly and frequent shuttle service to the Montreal airport. No. I did like the hotel very much. |

Our toilet would not flush and we asked twice if someone would look at it and no one did! Having fresh fruit at the breckfast would have been nice. |

Good value for money when booking by Internet. Staff is efficient and professional. Location pretty much requires arriving by car or renting one at the airport. This hotel is much too far from the metro system to be convenient to travellers arriving by train or bus. |

Everything was good. Rooms were clean, quiet atmosphere, good breakfast, very affordable. A/C was not in 1 of the rooms we booked, but that was manageable since we had small kids and we did not want too much A/C. |

We booked 4 rooms with King Beds. only one room we got with King Bed. I had to go and ask the reception for King bed and she was not willing saying alll rooms are booked and gave me finally one because I insisted. |

I spend in a hotel 2 naights with my girlfriend and friends. We was happy that we spended our time there. Evrything clean and good. P.s for UKRAINIANs if u want to book it, do it, becouse there u can speak on our language :) Far from downtown :( |

The staff was very friendly and helpful and prompt to meet our requests, we would definatly choose to stay there again. The room we had was larger than we expected and quite comfortable. The airconditioning was not able to be adjusted by us, but pre-set. We are people who enjoy a cold room so would have liked to brrn able to adjust that ourselves |

eine perle in der metropole. zu einem unschlagbaren preis hatten wir ein großes zimmer mit kleinem, aber ausreichendem bad, ruhig, sauber und ordentlich. wer nicht unbedingt ein luxuriöses ambiente braucht und ein wenig außerhalb der stressigen stadt wohnen möchte ist dort richtig. |

wifi marche bien, proche aeroport, personnel sympathique, machine a café dans la chambre, assez d'espace. moisissure sur la grille d'aeration de la salle de bain, chambre donnant sur le lobby, bizarre comme concept. air conditionné tres ancienne machine et ne peut pas etre reglée, trop froid dans la chambre, hotel vétuste dans l'ensemble, trop cher pour ce que c'est. |

Bien que l'hotel est de categorie moyenne le rappoer qailité/prix est tres interessant pour les gens qui ne veule pas mettre tout son argent sur le logement lorsque l'on vas a mtl. Pour magasiner ou seulement pour prendre l'avion pour un sejour dans le sud. Le personnel est tres simpatique et advenant merci................................................ Le tapis entre les chambres et les vitres de dehors au rez-de-chaussée est degueulasse |

l'accueil, personnel très aimable - La porte de la chambre était enflée par l'humidité et se refermait très mal. Il fallait donner un bon coup d'épaule pour y arriver. J'ai informé la réceptionniste de cet état. - La chambre pour non-fumeurs avait des odeurs de cigarette. Le chrome des appareils sanitaires était loin de briller. |
