great stay, really nice staff. fantastic view!

the only thing i did not like was the quilt and pillows.would so prefer down quilt!

the location was beautiful especially on the one clear morning we had...the views were incredible. The staff was great and helpful but the place wasn't over running with them. The king size bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever had in a hotel room. It was so quiet there at night...just what the Doctor ordered!

They didn't start serving the continental breakfast til 8 00am which was a little late considering that the mtn opens at 8 30am. Also the breakfast selection wasn't extensive but not bad. We also booked a suite because we wanted a liitle more space and a bath tub but the suite only came with a shower.

Excellent staff. Beth was extremely helpful providing all sorts of useful advice beyond her call of duty. The location is excellent and the views from the lodge were priceless.

Having to leave

Location delightful, breakfast was delicious.

Missed having a coffee maker in the room - instant coffee is not appealing. Breakfast starting at 8 am was a late start for us - we wanted to be on the ski hill at the earliest - so were late starting. Breakfast at 7 am wiould be better. Walking around the resort after dark was a dangerous experience as there was no lighting. If you insist on not having outdoor lighting then you should provide flashlights in every room.

We like the staff, ambience, and location. We got married there 12 months ago and returned for our anniversary . Well be going back!

Great position. Friendly staff, value for money compared with the other places you recommended. Great breakfast thrown in and a helpful staff. I would recommend anyone stay there if they had a car.

It had a nice serene setting on the lake. There is a nice sitting bench by the window to look out at the lake. The restaurent has a lovely view and it was nice that the room came with breakfast.

The breakfast was a little disappointing as I thought there would be more selection. Other then that I really can't complain. Not all the rooms hav balconies so if you want one you will have to opt for the more expensive room. It would have been nice if they had bathrobes to go to the hot tub.

I wonderful experience. The hotel is slightly secluded, with the rooms having huge windows onto a large lake. Although other properties are visible, they are distant, so there is a feeling of privacy. I watched many birds from the window. There is enough room for a small family in the large rooms - or to give a couple a real sense of freedom, what with a long window-seat, a balcony, two sofas, two arm-chairs, two loungers and a rocking chair!! The staff were discrete and attentive. The restaurant/breakfast room is very impressive.

Breakfast was merely good, not excellent, but was included in price. Worth noting there is no bath in the room, although there is a hot-tub 10am-10pm on site. Also worth noting it is a long walk or short drive into Whistler, the lifts, and also the bars - there is no bar or minibar, although there is a fridge if one had fore-thought.

Beautiful location, fantastic staff, who went out of their way to accommodate us, lending us their own personal computers, helping with emergency faxes.. A great breakfast was included.. We would stay there again, and again!

We had a very comfortable room that accomodated our special needs and the view was beautiful. The view from the Complimentary breakfast room was so beautiful and relaxing.

Very nice place, spectacular view, close to Whistler village/ ski hills, good breakfast, which is included in the room cost. Very friendly staff. Pet friendly , it's important for us as owners of 2 miniature poodles.

I think the rooms need some renovations as they seem worn out with time (that encompases pretty much all my comments).

Gorgeous views of the mountain from the rooms. Good size rooms with double washing basin, a big plus.

Tolle Lage und ganz tolles Personal!

Schöne Lodge an einmaliger Lage am See. Ausgezeichnetes Restaurant mit hochklassiger Speisekarte. Angenehm ruhig.

Location, location, location....how it faces the glorious view with the advantage of being on a spit of land that is so private and quiet, also how you've situated both the rooms and the dining room to capitalize on that. How you've maintained a 'reasonable' price without overdoing luxury in rooms when what people want is to enjoy the location,location, location! Bed was comfy, bedding attractive also liked the art. Nice choice of soft background music in dining area and well-situated tables. Great meal. Good service.

Great views, quiet location and very friendly staff. I wish we had allowed more time and stayed longer.
