comfort, quietness, central location, friendly staff

The beds are the best of any hotel I have ever stayed in. In room dining is always great. The staff customer service is excellent!

I do not have any negative comments.

The Staff and upgrade are great

There was construction beside us and they started before 08:00 am. The indoor parking is not easily accessed, no elevator access.

That all amenites were no open and was not told before checking in

The staff was extremely helpful, polite and accommodating, I was very impressed.

I couldn’t change the temperature in the room 

The restaurant, the waitress Jessica was very nice

Room was old and dated, no hot water, had maintenance in while we were eating our room service, still didn't have hot water when he was done

rooms disgusting, with paper wall falling apart, dust predominating all over the room, smoking smell all around, horrible concrete drilling starting 9:00 AM with no pre warning and lasting for 8 hours including Saturday, waking up in shock after driving for more than 12 hours and in need of rest, and to top all out, the fire alarm went off closer to midnight on our first day.... I will never ever visit this chain of Delta hotels.

I liked that we had a coffee maker to use.

I did not like that there was a door between my room and the next room which made the noise level very high coming from my loud neighbours.

The staff was not up front with us about renos that were going on. They told us that there would be a little noise but we got woken up at 9am sharp to a jackhammer right above our heads.

We were happy with everything overall. It was a nice stay. Enjoyed using the pool and work out room.

Nothing really dissapointed us, our room was missing the ice bucket and there was no telephone book to see what restaurants were close to hotel.

Ordered a handicapped room with safety bars in bath and around toilet but did not have them available..toilet was old style and too low[s/b 17".Shower taps need replacement,

A clean, well maintained, friendly environment well located for my purpose for being in Edmonton.

There was nothing that I disliked. I would definitely stay there again.

The only reason I gave fair on staff was that the parking procedures were not clear. I asked twice how to park and the answer was not clear and it was inconvenient. Other that than small thing, the staff was verygood & friendly.

The lounge food and drinks were good and the staff was friendly and helpful.

worst stay I've had in a long time. The room was very hot and the temparature control didn't work. I tried to get a glass of water to take some medication and the water in the sink and bathtub was only hot water. when I called the front desk, they said they were having water problems. Also, the room heater made a very loud dripping type noise all night which made it almost impossible to sleep. I had a bad cold and a speech to give the next day, so needless to say, it was not a good night.

The service from our check in to check out at the front desk to the service in your restaurant was excellent.

Room size and furniture is fairly good Perfect location for most activity in Edmonton

Easy to find.

Reception was poor, booked a king bed was told I did not. Was told there were no king rooms left and with persistence was finally given one.

Access from underground parking to lobby. When booking room, a single bed room shouldn't be offered as an option when trying to book a family of 4. Took near an hour to get a cot delivered

Rooms were comfortable. Excellent dinner in the restaurant - food and service were wonderful.

Comfortable beds.

Did not meet my expectations for the price tag. Save for the fact that I had a king size bed, which was the smallest bed available, the room was no better than a name brand inn but was almost twice the price. The wireless internet did not seem to have a good signal anywhere in the building, which was frustrating.

the staff was very friendly and helpful. the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The resturant had very good food. the resturant staff was very friendly and seemed to really enjoy interacting with customers.

The pool could of been cleaned more often bugs were floating in it.
