Executive House Hotel777 Douglas Street, BC V8W 2B5 Victoria (Show map) Wonderful, Score from 112 reviews“My elderly mother and I were in town to host a wedding shower . The quality of the accomodations were very good in conjunction with the dollars that we spent for it. We had a suite with a kitchenette. The staff was very kind and very helpful in every way. I have reccommended this hotel to everybody that has asked how our stay was. It was an outstanding hotel experience.”

Centrally located. Restaurants and pubs are great. There was no air conditioning so the room was unbearably hot.

Staff was very friendly and accessible when needed, we booked on short notice and needed a central location. My husband was there on business, I came along to do some shopping, enjoy the local sights and have time for some hobbies that I brought along. We were both pleased with the breakfast cafe and the fine dining restaurants, the ambiance, location, parking accessibility, suite with full kitchen, cleanliness and sense of safety. I would definitely consider returning. There was nothing we disliked, although air conditioning would be high on our list of improvement needed. However, were up high enough to safely keep the windows open and enjoyed the breezes. The fan in the room was adequate to keep us reasonably comfortable at night. The full kitchen was adequately equipped, with the exception of salt and pepper -- it would have been helpful to have small packets provided along with the coffee and tea offered.

There was only 1 reading lamp in the hotel room. It was very difficult for both of us to read.in the evening. Also, the breakfast buffet was not very inspiring.

The view from the 9th floor. How welcoming and accomodating they were as we were travelling with 2 Portuguese Water Dogs. The location to restaurants and shopping was excellent. Parking close and under cover. The breakfast at the cafe was not very good and the service was slow.

I stay at the Harbour Towers for 15 years and it has gone down hill so made the move. They have spoiled me there but new owners and changes have happened so I am moving on. They always up grade me and if I brought my family gave me a bigger suite to help out. I come to the Island once a month for 15 years sometimes more plus have staff staying at the hotel as well. So we used the hotel quite a bit.

I was happy that they gave me an amazing view for free because the style of room I requested was left with only one available and it happened to be one with an awesome view. Thank you.

Suites are very comfortable and homey in atmosphere and appointments.....loved the very comfortable bed. Quite well equipped kitchen. Spectacular city and ocean views. Helpful, friendly staff.Hotel is within easy walk of most city attractions Reasonably priced with an impressive variety of good food in the cafe and pub. Room rates are very reasonable during the Christmas holiday season. No air conditioning, which was not an issue during our winter stay, but I wonder about heat control during the summer

the size of room was nice and large, my wife found the bed to be comfortable. we liked having a fridge in our room as well. At check out we waited on the 11th floor for 14 minutes for the elavator to arrive we even called the front desk twice to ask if there was a problem with the elavators. They had blocked one of the elavators on the mezzanie for house keeping.

There pool was under restoration and it was never mentioned to us. I originally requested a king size bed, but then got a queen. The next night we stayed in a different hotel with all the amenities that I asked for and it cost me much less to stay there.

We loved the location, and the ease of parking. Staff was very friendly and accomodating. The room was great with everything we needed, and the view was awesome. We were blown away by the price of the room! We were hoping to use the Spa, and were told it wasn't open, and that would have been nice to know in advance.

Close to all of Victoia's sites, shopping, restarants, pubs and a great view of the Parliament Buildings & some of the Inner Harbour from our balcony room #910. The living room furniture, The couch was not comfortable as it was a hide-a-bed. Not cozy for 2 people. The Hotel needs a bigger sign & address # at the front, very hard to notice.

The staff was incredibly friendly and supportive. Room comfy, clean and the most important thing for us is that they are pet friendly. They allowed us to leave the dog in the room to go out for dinner and visit. They even offered to walk him if necessary!! This is very unusual and we so appreciated it and will return.
