please do not send for airport drops such driver as the one you sent to us. we did not like his rude behaviour, asking unrelated dingy questions and not discharging his duty as a driver. He spoke very ill of our country without any provocation and demanded at airport 45 dollars instead of 38 dollars as fixed by you . He can defame your name and hotel dignity over a period of time .. please do not encourage such people in future for your guests |

It is not 3*. It is 2* and you can read this information on their doorplate. We've been very disappointed, because here it goes for 3* and it is a mistake. We stayed there for 5 nights and not even once our room was clean enough. Breakfast room is small and smelly. Near the hotel there are many homeless. |

Location was close to the bus station. Sort of a dodgier area but close to the center. We also got quite good value through booking.com. Breakfast was dismal (one croissant or muffin). General service mediocre. |

Great location, close to Berri-UQAM, a major metro station, and walking distance from centre of city. Staff were present 24 hours, and the front door being locked (requiring you to ring a bell to be granted entry) ensured increased security of my belongings inside. The room was stuffy and smelt like smoke, and there were cigarette marks on the bed covers and blankets. Breakfast options were minimal. |

I liked that we got our money's worth. It was a decent hotel with cheap rates. It is a good hotel to stay in if one is just trying to look for a clean, warm place to sleep. I did not like that the included breakfast was so limited with just a croissant and a muffin. I know there wouldn't have been lots of food to choose from, but I expected some toast or bagels. Also I did not like how low our lights were. |

it was close to where we needed to be it was located in an unsafe area, near a park that sells drugs. lots oh homless people. safe during the day. at night, you'd better cab it back... |

The beds were comfortable Yes! I did not like the dangerous neighborhood. I did not like getting my car spraypainted with an obscenity over night in the hotel's parking lot. |

Only thing i like about the 'hotel' is its close to down town There was no A/C in the room in the month of July, washroom lock was broken. stuff was not poilte, called in the room 4am to ask same question twice. Had to ask him to stop calling at that time. |

It was bad experience.Internet not operational.Night staff are sleeping and not cooperative.Noisy, dirty.We have to leave early even without taking our breakfast.The only good thing is no entrance high stairs, which ok for luggage. |

It is close to the city centre and there is wifi for free in the whole hotel including room. The walls of rooms are made of thin wood, if there was noise in another room it would transfer easily to mine but i was lucky |

Proximity to the bus station. Hotel staff is friendly. Bathroom is spacious and clean. The furnishings were very old, including a bed cover with burn marks and the placement of TV made it very difficult to watch it. The room is rather depressing rather than cozy. |
