This bed & breakfast is located near the center of Montreal and features rooms with HD TVs. The property is 2.5 miles from the shopping, dining and museums in Old Montreal.
Score from 322 reviews Very good
staff were super nice and helpful. parking was convenient -- just across the street. not a fancy place by any means, but good enough to crash in after exploring Montreal. wifi worked great.
the mattress wasn't great, but the room was clean.
The location was good, close to Metro station and bus terminal. Within walking distance to old DT and shopping. Staff were friendly and helpful.
They could improve a little bit on the breakfast menu :-)
The location of the hotel was great. The staff were really helpful. Free on street parking. The beds were nice and big and really comfortable. Breakfast was pastrys and juice
The general cleaniness of the hotel was not that great. While house keeping came in every day they only made the bed. There was no cleaning of the floors which was not great as it was winter and there was salt etc on the floor. We also found a cigarette butt on the floor next to the night stand which was there for our entire stay which again proves no cleaning of the room. There were 2 of us staying in the room and we werw only left 2 towels. I would suggest people bring their own towels as the ones at the hotels are so old and thin. It is incredibly loud in the hotel. The walls are very thin! During our stay we were woken most nights by people talking loudly either in their room or in the corridor and by people running up and down the stairs.
Maid was poor. Took-away dirty towels, all... without-replacing any...
Clean, Nice people, fair price, just a cool 2 star hotel perfect for most seasoned travelers. In Europe this place would be 3 stars.
The stuff were nice and friendly
The room is not clean and the breakfast was really really bad and
Free, good wifi! Tv, mini fridge.
Waaaay too hot at night and thin walls.
WiFi connection Is worst
Location was good, staff was helpful and kind, room was clean and comfortable
No thermostat in the room so sometimes the room was really, really hot, even when we completely opened the window.
Great location, within easy to walking distance to restaurants, subway, Latin Quarter & Old Montreal sections.
Everything was acceptable.
Great location, and surprisingly quiet.
Bed was not comfortable.
free parking in the street
Great price large room
Staff was stiff Stained bedding
Well located close to ste-catherine and ontario and close to the metro stations!
Breakfast was a dry croissant and old coffee 9$ for a 5min walk parking
I liked how close the hotel was from the downtown of Montreal.
The free breakfast was only crescent or muffin orange juice or coffee not a large range of options. The bed was uncomfortable. The smell of the place was not appealing to the nose.
I really did'nt dislike anything. Will stay there again in future.
Proximity to centre Ville
The bed was a bit saggy
Great location, approx 10 min walk to Old Downtown. Fridge in the room was nice. Staff were very friendly.
Complimentary breakfast was just OK, (coffee/tea, muffin and croissant, jam). It would be nice if it also included a piece of fruit (apple/banana), yogurt, also butter. There was no heat/air con controls in the room. I was there in November and it was kind of chilly.
It was walking distance from the subway. The front desk was reasonable helpful.
It got quite warm at night. There was no AC or even a fan. I opened the window and it was not to bad.
The location, its by aain subway with three lines. There are several other hotels right there though.
I would wake up in the morning with bug bites. They are mainly on my face and neck and some on my legs. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything in the other rooms. The place needs a good scrub and the beds are uncomfortable.
Very simple but pleasant accommodation. Vending machine in the lobby, and wifi on each floor means a great signal (although it took a while for my MacBook to connect). Very close to Berri UQAM metro station and 2 minutes walk to St Denis street, great restaurants.
Slow elevator, that's it!
Big bathroom, very comfortable bed
Problems with Wi-Fi in rooms.
Close to bus terminal and old Montreal Clean Full length bath
Neighbour smoking in room next door and loud @ 4 am Night service porter a bit suggestive Room service knocking when I put do not disturb sign
Terrible place. Rude, arrogant owner and the breakfast was the worst I've ever had in my life. Disgraceful.
Owner! Breakfast! Everything! This guy needs to wake up his ideas. If I had anything to do with it, he'd be out of business.
Location Price Basic but had everything I needed
Bed was pretty hard Breakfast poor quality
