We were upgraded to a suite with a view because we were on our honeymoon. There was a good breakfast buffet each morning which was included. Yes. I was not informed of the $30.00 per day parking fee at the hotel. Also booking.com stated there were no service charges but there were service charges each day. |

The breakfast buffet was better than most hotels. The location was good. The staff was unhelpful, even snotty at times. Our room smelled very bad. Pretty high extra charges on so many things....local calls, internet. |

Very friendly personnel. Clean rooms.Breakfast buffet was good and variated, dinner good with enough choise and the view from the restaurant was nice if you are able to sit next to the windows.View from second room was very nice. We were booked in a room with fallsview, unfortunately the restaurant was in between. The next day it was properly corrected. Parking pretty expensive, two blocks up 24h-parking half price! |

Quick cleaning service during our absence. Very nice view of falls. The valet staf was rude right after we checked out. May be I didnt give the tip. Bcz I already paid what I was using. Tip is optional. Another thing is the quality of soaps. Its cheap, when you open the pack it smells good but after a couple of uses its stinky! For the breakfast there was a lineup of 30 people outside the keg. This is not acceptable. I mean this kind of stuff with the luxurious stay....no its not good. The one bottle of water in the suite was $9! |

The staff at the hotel was very friendly and helpfull with any questions and concerns we had. The room was very clean and spacious. Just found the parking to be expensive. |

La collation d'après midi non attendue - très bon petit-déjeuner Aurions préféré une plus belle vue sur les chutes (chutes visibles sur 1/4 de la fanêtre). Jacuzzi dans chambre alors que pas demandé. |

J'ai aime sa tranquilite,son emplacement,son intimite,son confort et sa proprote.J'ai aime aussi qu'il facilite les visites touristiques pour ses clients. Le personnel ne parle q'une seule langue (anglais) ,malgre que nous sommes au Canada (deux langues:Anglais et Francais). |
