We chose this hotel based on the price and location. There was a lot of remodelling at this hotel and we would not return until this is all over. The price should have been less because of this. |

Hotel is well located and priced appropriately. Staff were pleasant and helpful, would have been nice to know that it is undergoing active renovations. |

It is close to the hospital where my husband needs to go . and accessiblility to 417hwy We were given a room on the first floor to start with and there was something wrong with the heating ,..it was way to hot..it came from the bathroom. There was no staff to help with our multiple bags and we could no use a the dolly because of the stairs when we changed room. The next room was better but no soap in the bathroom the chair on caster was to low ,was very incomfortable and it rolled everywhere when we sat on it and difficult to get out of when because of the height. . . There was no other king size bed so we endded up with 2 queen size, and had to sleep separate because it was to uncomfortable when we tried to sleep together. No forks to eat with. When are you going to be finish your repairs. |

Free WiFi. Nice hard wood floors. Even though there was some remodelling going on, it was not disruptive at all. Breakfast was barely edible. The scrambled eggs were grey and the sausage was pink inside. However, the waitress was friendly, efficient and professional. |

The hotel location is convenient for business travellers. The renovations done lately have added conveniece and comfort. Considering the price, this hotel offers an overall good value |

Room was updated. Fast service in restaurant/bar. The hotel is under construction - noisy in the morning (8am) and hallways are bare. The conference room floor also needs updating (carpets, stairwell, etc.) |

The room was very comfortable and clean. Bathroom was spacious, shower and taps worked well. Large closet. Nice large flat screen TV, free internet Felt private. Great price. It will be nice once all the renovations are done. Elevator was very small and cramped. |

The Embassy West Hotel is undergoing renovations. Right now it is an o.k. place to sleep on a business trip, but I wouldn't vacation there. |

It had a nice lobby. I was not notified ahead of time that there was current construction happening on the hotel. It was frustrating being woken up at 6:30 am due to power tools. If I would of known this, I would have chosen a different hotel, or at least payed half the price of what I payed. |

Absolute waste of money. Bathrooms were dirty, Beds were old, and the carpets looked like they were installed ages ago. |

I travel alot for business, this hotel was not satisfying on any point! No room service, in renovation starting at 8!Not accomodating at all (wanted to pay cash, the clerk didn't like). Even the new sink isn't accomodable...no place to put anything there!I wish I could have my money back, is that possible? |

Easy to find with reasonable rates and ample free parking and easy access to main routes were a plus. Was not aware that the hotel was under going major renovations at the time and was not pleased to find that work started early and sent late. Also found a little awkward walking through a construction area to access my room. This should of been mentioned before the booking so that I was at least aware of it before hand. |

I liked the location of the hotel and I chose it because of the good price. What I did not like was that the hotel was under construction and I did not know this in advance. We got to the hotel at 1:00 in the morning and wanted to sleep later but I could not because of the construction noise. I was not impressed about this. The hotel staff did not even mention or apologize for this inconvenience. |

The staff was helpful. Because my wife was flying out early in the morning we only needed a room from about 6 pm to 4:30 am. We therefore took the cheapest room, not knowing that those rooms were being renovated. Room 160 had mattresses that must be from the 1950's.... very poor originally, they sagged six or seven inches in places, before any weight was added to them. |

The restaurant I have to say, that beyond the lobby, the rest of the hotel was terrible. The price of $99 was ridiculous, putting people in the midst of renovations is not safe and was very noisy. We were all very, very disappointed. We could not understand why some of us paid $99 and some $89. |
