Location is perfect
Small room, smelly, very rude manager, made us feel like idiot people, wont ever go back
what I appreciated was the fact they had an open room for a suite and provided us a discount showed a meaningful respect. regarding the jacuzzi kitchenette and TV and bed amazing .
Regular room everything was fine expect the cable TV I think they should be nice and still have hd TV in every room/ room 220 bathroom Has a strong urine smell even after cleaning
Close to everything
Good value for price, good central location, very good staff, good views of fall colours.
There were no table lamp and no floor lamp....just lights on wall which does not provide good light for reading and not provide good atmosphere. The continental breakfast did not offer much choice.
I really enjoyed my stay at the laurentides hotel we enjoyed 2 relaxing nights with spa and our own kitchen didn't even need to leave the room .. We orderd delivery and it arrived within 15 min it was amaizing
Didn't like the fact that breakfast included when all there is are stale cereal and toast . Should be more of an eggs and bacon thing
I stayed here a few years ago and found the staff hostile to Anglophones or Americans, perhaps both. This time was 180 degree turnaround. We had a pleasant stay and the manager was vey customer oriented. Would recommend.
Continental breakfast could be improved.
loud neighbors after 11 hours, no one on site to take care of situation. \So poor sleep that night
Very comfortable room, convenient continental breakfast.
Kitchen needs to be re-stocked. First time this ever happened to me and I've stayed often. Usually there is a good supply of dishes, glasses, etc. Fortunately I didn't need any this visit. I know I could have asked.
the beds, the location,
liked its location, walking distance to main street, factory outlets, restaurants
breakfast was a bit poor, but I guess for the price is OK
breakfast was very limited, no eggs for instance. Just bread and peanutbutter or jelly/jam room wasn't clean, lots of dust and dirty behind doors. Also asked one of the cleaning ladies to clean my room when I left, she said yes but when I came back a few hours laters it wasn't done. Also they didn't change the sheets when they made my bed.
Location was good, room was very clean, impressed with what it offered, barthroom spotless......was very happy with the room!!!!!
Was disappointed with the continental breakfast. Should have at least a couple of choices of bagels, little muffins.....bread crust was hard. With bagel there should always be cream cheese :) We were expecting a little more for the breakfast because of the pictures on the site.
We had a great room which was clean and comfortable. There are no elevators so if you are not comfortable doing stairs (as many as 4 flights to the top floor) be sure to mention this to the hotel staff. Perfect location. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend this place to friends.
The room was a good size and we liked the full size fridge and Jacuzzi tub.
The receptionist was a bit rude and the breakfast didn't have what they mentioned on the internet. They only had toast bagels and cereal. advertised full breakfast with eggs.
Location was great and staff were accommodating.
This property has a new owner and from our experience - he doesn't appear to care how his quests are taken care of. When we arrived, they informed us that they did not have a room available for us in accordance with the room having 2 queen beds that we had booked well ahead of time. They offered us a smaller room with one queen bed instead, which we refused. After some haggling, we were offered a room with the two queen beds. The entire length of sidewalk all along the front of where our room was situated right up to the entrance of our room was sheer ice and absolutely treacherous. The next morning, after complaining, they had staff come around and spread salt and sand in front of our door and all along the sidewalk. Why then and not prior to receiving their quests for the weekend (?) leaving us skating across ice to take our luggage inside to our room!! ALSO: The advertisement placed by the hotel to describe its amenities stated that the free breakfast served was a 'hot breakfast' inclusive of eggs and fresh fruit, etc. The only 'hot' item they served was toast. Bread and bagels was all that they served - no muffins or Danish, etc. The fresh fruit they had available were bruised apples. No yogurt. Just bread, bagels, apple, coffee and juice. I complained, which 'made them' produce yogurt, oranges and some bananas the last day of our stay.
I very much like the fact that the hotel has rooms with jacuzzis and is at walking distance from all the outlets and other shops (Tim Hortons, SAQ, Metro, restaurants, etc).
I was VERY disappointed especially with the cleanliness of the jacuzzi and the non-replenishment of coffee supplies for our 2nd day. I specifically returned to this hotel because they offer rooms with a jacuzzi and a small kitchenette with a coffee maker. When informing the supervisor of the condition of the jacuzzi on day 2, her first comment was that 'they had been busy the day before'. This added to my disappointment given that the 'pink film' found in the jacuzzi jets indicate it hadn't been cleaned for an EXTENDED period of time. As a result, I will never go back to this hotel and will definitely not recommend it to anyone.
great location and economical
noise at night but it was shakedown weekend
Nice an close to ski hill, resturants and shopping.
Fan in bathroom extremely loud. Needs table lamps so you don't have to keep ceiling lights on.
We chose this hotel for breakfast ... comments we had read on the site were very positive ... we were very disappointed ... first morning at 8am the breakfast was not even started ... the coffee machine was broken and there was no orange juice ... have known we would have taken the hotel next door, little more expensive but much more new No way to the dim light ... It was the big lights or nothing The smell of the room was that of powder to hide the smell of cigarette
Staff were great and friendly.
I booked two nights through your website. And on the morning of the second day I find out that they only wrote down one night and tried to kick us out because another couple booked the room. They eventually stopped arguing with me over the phone and put the other couple in anther hotel and claimed it was their mistake. This should not ever happen. I was not impressed.
Very helpful staff. They sell discount lift ticket vouchers at the desk
Sometimes the vouchers for lift tickets run out. Breakfast was included but choices were very limited, no hot items available, unlike last year.
Too many lights on one switch. No desk or reading light. Light and noisy vent fan in washroom on same switch. Could not turn on light without the fan. When the facilities are full it is difficult to find parking. Lot should be plowed better.
Great hotel. Staff pretty reasonable. We stayed in the jacuzzi suite and it was a great room.
