Only if you have a stuffy nose, you can stay this stinky place.
Never imagined such a bad place in Montreal.
Great location, close to main bus terminal and Metro station with the most line options
For the price - not a lot
No air condition, it was very hot in the room. Electric was not working properly. We could not sleep because of the heat.
LOCATION..STAFF EASY TO TALK WITH..CONVENIENT..REASONABLE PRICE
Not very close but still in walking distance from major sites. Public garage just around the corner. Friendly stuff.
Modest and each day the same breakfast.
Parc milie-Gamelin is a little dicey at night very small and minimal room, but served my needs
Very friendly staff.Very clean and everything near, like Shops,Metro and Retaurants
We ordered a 3 and half hour sigthseeing tour with Grey Line and they Grey Line said it was the Hotel mistake that they never found our Names on the list for this sigthseeing tour.About this I am very Disappointed but can't tell who made the mistake. We ordered this tour through the Hotel so we where very angry and sad and actually missed some nice places in Montreal.
Centrally-located close to shopping, activities, but on a relatively quiet street with a number of other hotels in the same area.
Immediate area is very sketchy (drug dealers, prostitutes, etc.), and the room is minuscule compared to the price that you are paying per night
Excellent location, clean and quiet rooms, great staff.
Wi-Fi signal is available only on the lobby area.
Not satisfied with client care... Breakfast is a dry crosssant and black coffee... I've called few times and requested to stay in a lower room floor as possible due to my knee injury ..., they putted me in the last floor... (Just to walk up the stair) ... Anyway... Not sastified, and I saw other people not sast
Front desk people not well prepared, and breakfast... ( I'm not pick... But that is not a breakfast... People looking for breakfast, and the front desk guy just standing there, observing.... I won't stay there again. Sorry... For the price I paid, I was expecting for a least 2star service.... A minimum...
The officer on the night duty was very kind and friendly during my staying.
The room is not very quite.
I liked that it was very practical, clean and well located.
I didn't like that there was some kind of loud ventilation system outside (coming from another building) which forced me to keep the window closed during night time and made me dependent on the air conditioning for coolness. And I wish my room had been a tad bit bigger.
The hotel needs to improve on its Wifi facility. It makes it very convenient for travellers like us who need to connect with people and check our emails if there's Wifi.
The staff were great that's about it.
The hotel room was a budget room and it cost the same as a queen size room across the street. Total waste of money.
As the name implies "Hotel Europeanne", the rooms are tiny. This is to be expected, for the price. The staff was helpful and sociable. In a pinch I would stay again. One needs to know what to expect.
beds were comfy, location is great can find some good food nearby and metro subway station is near always a plus had a fridge flatscreen tv
areas little run down, no mesh on window when open it, shower was weak but still doable, no radio :( or music on tv
The proximity to everything and the price.
The size of the room and the lack of a/c
The location in the center of the city A good breakfast for once Good wifi Helpfull staff Close to restaurants and old center
No airco No free parking outside
Very close to Berri UQAM, a key Metro station in Montreal
The staff was friendly and the hotel was very clean. Great value and location for the price, so would definitely recommend if on a budget.
Lack of thermostat control. Was always either too hot or freezing. The wifi could connect but did not actually work in my room.
Location in downtown. Polite staff
The room in basement and the size
water pressure at 2nd floor wi-fi signal hairs on the "clean" tovels
Very good situated
Noisy , not clean , Poor Internet , Air condition doesn't work , Poor breakfast , 3 tables for breakfast for 32 rooms...
