Let me first say that I am an incredibly low maintenance traveler. It's depends on where I'm going, but I usually look to pay very little money on accommodations when I travel because I want to spend as little time as possible in the hotel aside from sleeping at night.
Now, I'm not totally upset with my stay here. The room was clean, the location was good, and the staff was very polite. However, my issue is that the pictures used of the budget single rooms do not accurately display just how small it is. My room, room 34, was comically small. I'm talking the width was probably equal to just two twin beds side by side. I would have had no problem with that room if I knew what it was before hand. In all honesty, I came very close to demanding my money back and just staying somewhere else because of this micro hotel room. I mean, it was ridiculous. I was in town for the weekend for Osheaga so I wasn't in hotel that much at all, but it was still depressingly small. I couldn't get out of there any quicker when I woke up each morning.
If you don't plan on spending any time in the hotel room and don't plan on having guests, then this isn't the worst place in world. Just understand that the budget single room is arguably the smallest you'll ever come across in your entire life. I'd only stay here again if I came to town very late and planned on leaving the following morning. It's just a pit stop kind of place in my opinion.
Oh and the wifi was spotty at best. I was on the second floor and had a connection for like two minutes the entire time.
It was cheap and in a good location.
