Liked the pool/hot tub set up and that it had a game and media room. Great for kids! I also liked the proximity to the gondola. The room temperature was very difficult to control. It was way too hot most of the time. And the shower in the master bedroom did not drain properly so we typically had an inch or two of water at the bottom while showering. (Room 201)

really nice design and well equipped. Beautiful views of the mountains and loved the pet friendly part of it. They even had a bed for our dog. Loved the privacy. Nothing really.

The room was really nice and had a full kitchen, washing machine and dryer which was great. The spa outside is really nice and is open until ten. Exceptionally comfy bed! It was a bit of a pain going to the other building to check in as the reception in our building was only open until 5 but it wasn't a big deal as its only 50 yards away.

The room was amazing! We were doing the Tough Mudder so to come back to our two bedroom family room that had two bathroom was PERFECT! And your bathrooms...it felt like a spa! Having laundry in the room couldn't have been better. I've stayed in hotels in many different countries, including the well-known Pan Pacific in Vancouver, but I think your hotel tops that experience. The room was just spectacular! We had everything we could possibly need and more! THANK YOU!!! The only thing was checking-in at the other hotel...that was a little annoying, having to walk over to a different building but the staff there were super polite and helpful. It just seemed odd to go to another hotel to check in :o)

Das Hotel ist der Hammer, viel zu schade, nur für eine Nacht. Ein Hauch von Luxus und das in der kleinsten Suite, die wir gebucht hatten. Größe aber mit wohl 40qm völlig ausreichend. Wanne und Dusche sowie einen Kamin waren auch dabei. Alles ist sehr komfortabel ausgestattet, bis hin zur Waschmaschine und einer Küche, in der wirklich nichts fehlt. Allein die Lage direkt am Highway hatte uns nur ein wenig gestört, weil unser Zimmer (304) nach vorne raus war. Ach und übrigens der check in ist im benachbartem Hotel The Legends. In die Ctiy braucht man dann zwar das Auto, hatte uns aber nicht gestört die 4km zu fahren. Der Parkplatz P4 im Zentrum ist kostenfrei. Würden immer wieder hier einchecken. Personal sehr freundlich. Alles bestens, außer vielleicht die Lage, aber das wussten wir ja!!!
