On March 14, over the phone with the hotel front desk Lady, we were offered an upgrade to a king bed and a balcony for $15 BUT when we got there the gentleman at the front desk told us there wasn't a room with a balcony available. This was the same day, within 5 hours!!! My husband upgraded to a king bed, with Jacuzzi for an extra 60 dollars, while I was in the ladies room, as he didn't want me to be disappointed about no balcony. The morning we left at approx. 9:30am, this is when I found out about the extra money. The hotel made a mistake and I was upset that Craig paid more money when it was a mistake made by the hotel staff. I talked to the front desk lady when we paid the bill not happy with the extra charges. She said the Manager would phone me to discuss this .... it is now Wednesday, March 18, evening time, 10:55pm and I have not heard from the Hotel manager!!! Very disappointing!!! I will phone the hotel for follow-up about these extra charges .... Not pleased. Just wrong!
Very close to where we needed to attend a family function.
Disappointed with the lack of cleanliness of the room, coffee rings on the table, mirrors around jaccuzzi not clean and I dropped my watch and it went slightly under the bed, which was very dusty. Red mark on bed pillow, appearing to be blood, not good!!
