The hot tub was freezing cold
only thing I liked was that was where my school reunion was held.
the breakfast was awful. extreamly poor service. had to ask for coffee. toast came as bread. no ketchup offered for hash browns. breakfast buffet was out of everything. would not go back EVER
It seemed that I was "bothering" the front desk staff when I arrived to check in. Wifi was extremely slow ... not good for supporting business needs. Requiring that I swipe my card to use the elevator seemed unnecessary and excessive. Paid parking for guests in an unsecured parking lot. Signage to access the hotel from the highway and North Rd is insufficient.
Nice size room with good decor.Had a little deck to walk out on to check the weather and look at scenery.Staff was friendly. The restaurant staff left out the breakfast buffet later than the end time due to our late arrival (about 5 min.before it was to close)and basically left it up until we had our fill..The lady was very nice and cheery. The price was decent compared to all the other hotels of same caliber. There is plenty of food in the area, its in a asian part of town so plenty of asian style food to find.
There was some construction on a skytrain just across from the hotel was the section they were working the night we stayed a little noise but i still slept good in that comfy bed.
I really can't tell ... nothing stands out
Staffs at the front desk were not welcoming ... at all ...
Great location- very close (5 min walk) to sky train We got this hotel with a bookings.com discount and it was great value for money at the discounted rate. Rooms were very clean and comfortable
Staff wasn't overly friendly Wifi was hit and miss up in the rooms
Clean and Quiet.
My "Superior Queen Suite" turned out to be a double bed + sofa bed. I called front desk to inquire and was told there was no room with two beds in this hotel. The front desk was quite rude. The internet was very unstable and useless. Had to pay additional $8.5 a day for parking.
we did not get kicked out of the pool at 10pm so my kids got a little extra swimming in.
when booking it said you could request a roll-away bed - I called the hotel and they don't allow that. the sofabed had no bedding and it took housekeeping 2 tries to get us what we needed and we still ended up with just one large pillow without a pillowcase for a queen size bed. the glass doors between living area and bedroom does not offer much privacy if 2 couples are staying together. one little bottle of shampoo and conditioner for 4 adults?
I really liked the location, there is many different types of banks close by and a Denny's. The public transport was also close by. There was also a liquor store close by.
The Lady front desk attendant was rude and high on herself, the hot tub water seemed murky and the movies on the t.v didn't work.
The facilities are nice, but the lounger singer in the lobby bar made it impossible to have a conversation with the front desk staff, which on my case was important since they did not have by reservation from booking.com and had to find a room for me. Also there is a bar/cub beside the hotel which was packed and had hundreds of people waiting in line and standing around, made it difficult getting in and out of the underground parking, the hotel security guards that to become crowd control. It was not the best first impression.
Bed was comfortable. Housekeeping staff friendly and accommodating.
Pool area should have opened earlier than 10 am.
The wifi was ridiculously slow!
Internet was unusable. Slow and intermittent. If you are planning to work online stay elsewhere
Overall it we give it a good rating. Value for money, close to the sky train, and Lougheed shopping mall. There's also a liquor store downstairs, a RBC closeby as well as a grocery store and some restaurants. We will come here again.
The wi-fi was a problem on our last visit, it hasn't really improved.
I was happy to stay here. I could feel so comfortable last night. there are no noisy, nice staff, clean. we are very satisfied. I will stay executive hotel when I visit to vancouver. thank you.
I would have liked it more but the staff are the hosts and if you don't have good hosts where you stay. you don't feel welcome at all.
The staff were not friendly and not accommodating ...Every question I had for them and which I had gone to see them a few times and seen 4 different staff ... they all gave "I don't know" and "No" answers very bad service and I will never stay there again.
the location is central to where we lived for 40 years as we come to town at least 3 times a month now your hotel was perfect for our needs
the hotel is starting to show its age-the swirl tube in our room was faulty-it looked clean but you could feel the roughness of soak scum when wet-the tv is barely watchable with poor reception -fuzzy pictures and no hd-could not get the wake up alarm to work called the front desk a couple of times but no answer?-minor fixable issues in a very nice hotel.
Location and staff were excellent. Free Parking! I'd recommend
Pool and hot tub were a bit dirty but they are older and could use some maintenance.
Where nicely located close to Laugheed Mall
the people where friendly, the accom. was clean and bright. The location was very good.
Getting into the location was a bit confusing.
Proximity to my events and friends houses
Location was good. Ease of check in and room was available. Concierge held my bags while I attended a medical appointment. Nice view and balcony,
Room was not clean. Sticky counter in bathroom, pubic hairs in tub (turned me off taking a bath) no tea bag with in room coffee service, only one facecloth but all towels in 3's, kept dropping the internet connection for wi-fi, black scuff marks on walls, baseboards and closet doors that made it seem like there had been a heck of a ruckus in room (I wiped one away easily) No paper at door in morning.
Very solicitous staff. Particularly Alex. He went out if his way to make sure we were comfortable.
The bathtub was not clean.
