I very much liked the staff at the front desk. They were extremely helpful as I was having problems with the processing of my credit card for a few days and they offered me options. They downplayed my embarassment and reassured me that everyone has problems of this nature at some point. The room was quiet and I was able to do a lot of work after hours in order to meet a deadline. This is my second stay at the eri and I will stay there again. I'm trying to think of something I didn't like and I can't identify anything.

It was in an area that was close to everything we needed: airport, office, restaurants. We were able to walk around to select where to have dinner. Personnel. The person at reception was frosty the night we checked in.

Building Construction allows for quiet rooms. Very comfortable. Closing of Barlow Trail makes this less convenient as an 'Airport' than in the past.
