Nice lounge area. Room was clean quiet and comfortable. Checkout was fast.

Took a long time to just checkin. Room was hot with no way to adjust heat. Cafe and store were closed Sunday night early

I like that it was pet friendly and the rock work on the hallways

Did not like it was $25/dog/night!! There was no pool for my kids we assumed there was when we booked, we would have preferred a room on main level having dogs, breakfast buffet cost unreasonable, beds were uncomfortable

I believe the add on your web site was misleading. It stated 8 minute ride from airport. In actuality we had to call and wait at outside shuttle stop almost a 1/2 hr then a 15 minute trip and in the morning because of having to go to another hotel with shuttle it was a 1/2 hr trip. Several other hotels shuttles were waiting at airport. I had sent a message to hotel about late arrival but still had to call and wait on shuttle. Good thing weather was okay or this would have been a bad experience

The price was right.

Our faucet leaked all over the floor in our room which caused a huge safety hazard for our two year old. They had us change rooms after we had already made ourselves comfortable in the first one. Kudos to them for offering us another room, but it was difficult packig up and moving all of our stuff.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the restaurant food was pretty decent.

Certain other guests were a bit unpleasant but it's not like you can control that. The elevators were pretty ghetto for a hotel like that.

Room service food and prices were good

The day after my return I noticed bites. Please check room 547 for bed bugs

staff were excellent, and everything was done expeditiously.

the heater in the room was very loud, and i found it a little difficult to sleep.

Restaurant was closed for renos for a week after new years eve and ufortunnately there was no provisio made for any type of breakfast Jan 1st. Had I been there on business and staying for a few nights I wuld have been extremely upset as it wasn't stated anywhere on web site , you really didn't know until you arriveed.

Great friendly hotel close to Calgary Airport. Avis car rental situated in the hotel lobby. Meals from the restuarant and bar reasonably priced.

Clean, nice, price

I was flying out to attend a conference in Victoria. Left my vehicle and took shuttle to airport. Staff said I didn't need a date of return on the parking paper that I put on the dash. Got storm stayed at airport overnight. Phoned hotel to get shuttle to come back for my vehicle and was told it wasn't registered there, that I couldn't park there when I left for the conference because I got the govt rate, which I got cause I was attending a work conference! They confirmed that I had stayed there but said my truck wasn't written in the "blue" book. I was able to describe the blue book as I watched staff open it to record my vehicle! Whether they wrote it in there or not I don't know. I was told it was fine to park and to call the shuttle on my return.bottom line,,they refused to send the shuttle and it cost me $30 for a cab to pick up my vehicle. I have never heard anything so stupid! Great customer service. I have stayed there for work many times but will not be booking there again.

Great hotel, close to the airport, airport shuttle for 5cad, cab from airport 35cad but I think I've got screwed as the journey took twice the time in compare with airport shuttle, this has nothing to do with the hotel, I liked the stuff working there and also the room,

this time, the air conditioner/heater in the room got more and more noisy throughout the night so I had to turn it off, which then allowed more hallway noise to impact the room

They gave me a reduced rate when a family member was in hospital Helpful staff when I was not from the city

The pillows were hard Traffic noise when on 4th floor on south side The coffee in the cafe was not as good as prevoius times I have stayed The in-room coffee is awful. Please change it to a better brand

The lady who checked us in (Angela) was exceptional - friendly effecient, informative but not effusive. She is a keeper.

It is time to clean up your elevator, the outside areas and empty some of the outdoor garbage cans. Every thing should be as clean and orderly as your lobby.

Great value for money close to airport, 10 mins from downtown, includes airport shuttle service, great breakfast buffet, fast effortless free wifi, onsite avis car rental , inhouse restaurant and bar are decent and the hotel is close to highways and lots of malls shops restaurants are close by.

Gym is so so, restaurant is not bad but definitely not great. Staff is friendly and efficient but not outstanding.

It was a nice hotel. The price was very good. The Staff was friendly.

The rooms were quite dark, and the elevator was slow.
