Convenience to the Vancouver Airport and price of the suite. Upon arrival home from Hawaii, we went to pick up our car in the underground parking lot and the car had been broken in to. We were so unhappy. It seems the security of the underground parking is poor. Also, the entrance to the hotel from the underground parking lot lets anyone enter the hotel through the unlocked door, thus they have access to the elevator and any floor of the hotel unnoticed by the front desk staff. A fence around the property is a must. |

It was close to the Oak St. Bridge for access to Vancouver. Security of the hotel guest was very compromised because of the openess of the parkade and the fact that the access door to the elevator was unlocked. I did not see any security cameras. I felt uneasy returning to the hotel at night by myself. The room smelled musty and the decor was outdated and depressing. |

The room was clean and tidy and the hotel was conveniently located to the airport and the new skytrain facility to allow easy commuting into the city centre. No other restaurants within easy walking distance. |

The hotel was very close and easy to get to from the airport by shuttle bus which is why I choose to stay there. Unfortunately, at the time of my stay, there was a large group staying and because they were in and out of rooms it was quite noisy. The design of the hotel is such that the inner courtyard carried sound unpleasantly. |

It was clean and the room was a good size. The shuttle service to the airport was a good asset and one of the things that made me want to use the hotel. There could be a bar fridge in the room with some milk to make a cup of tea.My wake up call came 10 minutes late, but didn't cause a problem. |

Complimentary coffee and newspaper. Day staff were pleasant and helpful. Jaccuzzi was a bonus. $3 discount on restaurant food from hotel. No help with baggage. Evening staff gave incorrect information about shuttle. Jaccuzzi had leaves in it. Restaurant staff gave poor service. |

Nice room with complimentary upgrade was pleasant. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Jacuzzi area had construction or cleanup of some sort, with a pile of debris on the ground. Elevator broke. Hotel showing it's age. Didn't think having to pay for internet access when so many hotels offer it as a free service was very good. |

The hotel was close to the airport and the shuttle service was right on time. Very hot and stuffy . Internet service was not free as advertised . Air conditioner was loud and inefficient . Heater was under vanity in washroom and required crawling under to turn it off as there was no thermostat on the wall . Bad experience all around !! |

It was very convenient to the airport, and had a complimentary shuttle service. The restaurant was closed due to renovations so we had to walk to find someplace to eat. |
