I loved the location and staff were friendly, though had very little to do with them Our 2 bedroom suite was generally grubby and the bathroom tiny, as was bedroom two. |

During our stay we got a feel of the city and it's culture. Superb location for shopping, food and close to the airport which suited our requirements. |

the staff were really friendly and very helpful. Close to everything in downtown Vancouver. Our bed was incredibly comforatble There was a lot of noise outside our window at night (from the street) |

Nice view of the city and water. We were upgraded to a very spacious room. The location was good. There were some things that were looking a bit worn in the room. Attention to detail on maintenance would make a big difference. |

We stayed in a two br apartment, which worked perfect for two couples. All the amenities were great, including a nice glass of wine on the patio. Staff was wonderful, truly enjoyed the experience. A little warm in the evening, without air conditioning... even with open windows. |

The staff was always friendly and helpful, and the hotel has a downtown location where we could walk to all our favorite spots. The beds are small and we found the temperature difficult to control in the room. |

The hotel was clean and quiet, and it was within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. My wife and I have two young children, and we were very comfortable. The hallways apparently are not air conditioned, but this was only a minor annoyance. We would have appreciated a microwave in the room. |

Our stay was amazing! They upgraded our room from a standard queen room to a 1 bedroom condo on the 16th floor with a view of the ocean and downtown Vancouver! What an awesome way to spend our week in the city. Staff is always super courteous, and the rooms are clean. However, housekeeping can be a little irritating, coming at all hours. One time they walked in on us @ 10 in the morning! |

Location was perfect. Great security. Pleasant room. Lobby reflects the rest of the hotel. Front desk staff are pleasant. I didn't like to pay 15.00& taxes for parking. The set up with the television was inconvenient. |

The staff were friendly and service.oriented. This also includes the service we had in the hotel restaurant where we went for a drink and an appetizer. Food was very good. We thought it would be noisy being near the Granville bridge but we had a room at the back and was surprisingly quiet. |

we had a very pleasant stay, had a lovley room. Good location was not overly impressed with the gentleman that took our luggage up to the room. I said to him that I have to go and get some smaller notes to give him a tip, I felt very uncomfortable with him he then said I have enough change and he then pulled out a heap of money I then felt obligated to give him a $20.00. I felt that he should have given me 20 in smaller note and then it was up to me how much I gave him but he just gave me 15 back and walked straight out the room.. I found that very rude. |

Good location for walking to bars,eating out and taking tourist bus trips. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious,well equipped and clean. Afternoon wine tasting gathering was a non event, one glass from one bottle of wine. |

The front desk staff was helpful upon arrival. The queen size room was unexpected small based on the photos online. The housekeeping staff did not completely clean the room, for example, they did not even make the bed on the second day. |

The hotel is close to my son's apartment. I like the comfortable beds and good quality, clean linen, including good quality towels. The soap and shampoo are very nice. We had a little trouble controlling the air conditioner. |

We stayed for one night and found the hotel staff very accommodating. The concierge was very helpful on advising us how to get around and saved us a lot of time and money by suggesting an alternate way to get to our next destination. |
