I liked the courtesy of the staff and the basic services. The room was badly organized and poorly maintained. The evening wine-tasting session advertised by the hotel also seemed to be very restrictive, between 5-6 pm only. Also, I got a shock at check-out time when I learned that they have already charged my credit card for a part of my stay, while I specifically advised the staff about alternate payment mode during check-in. |

My sister and I stayed here for the Madonna concert and thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay. The hotel staff were very friendly, the rooms were immaculate and I loved the Jacuzzi tub! We wished that we could have enjoyed the complimentary wine tasting, but time was not on our side so we had to miss it. We would definitely stay here again! |
