Free internet, both wired and wireless, though intermittently down. Quiet It is located at the farthest part of the downtown. If you are attending conference at Canada's Place the walking distance is about 30 min (fast pace). No breakfast included. Most hotel were fully booked during the week I attended my conference, hence I had not many choices to select from. Feel a bit ripped off.

The awesome value room was clean and well laid out. The beds were comfortable and the view from the upper floors spectacular. The hot tube was huge and clean and enjoyable. The free wine tasting was only bested by the monster-sized gourmet burger.! Delicious! Centrally located, and staff are great. Running into celebrities in the hotel doesn't hurt either! No lie. Can't say who, but you've seen him on TV 100's of times, and he's funny. I go there every year, and will continue to visit them when in Vancouver. Parking can be tricky in the underground secure lot, but if you drive a smaller car, no problem.

It was close to the West End and the ferry to Granville Island. If you want to explore downtown, its a little walk of about 10 to 15 minutes.

Front door man was exceptional, greeted us upon arrival and departure and checked in with us. 12 o'clock check out. Parking not included with room price and rather over priced. Jacuzzi tub is not what you expect a jacuzzi to be. Noisy location and windows don't block out much noise. Poor lay out of hotel and amenities within hotel.

Comfortable beds. Easy to walk to shopping, restaurants, Transit (buses) are easily accessed if you want to get around downtown. Rooms are small, but it was adequate for me on my own. Bit noisy if you are a light sleeper as hotel is right next to a main bridge on-ramp. If arriving from airport via the Canada Line, this hotel is a long walk (about 20 mins) if you have luggage.

The remote control for the tv was so dirty that we hesitated to touch it. We went to the hot tub and found only one clean towel and a tub of dirty ones and had only one bathrobe in our room.

Excellent value - knowledgable staff , very helpful. Rooms are well appointed but cramped in overall space. A small microwave would be a useful addition for client comfort.

Clean rooms. Great ocean view with floor to ceiling windows. Like the 12:00 check out time and room was ready by noon when check in time was to be 3:00. Lovely restaurant and wine tasting included snacks. Overall great place to stay in Yaletown.

Staff was very accomodating. Had to leave the vehicle there as my husband had tests at St. Pauls and they said not to worry - leave it as long as we had to. Also lent me an umbrella as we walked to the hospital and it was pouring! Room was very small. Tv was hard to operate.

The atmosphere of the hotel and it's finishes were very nice. The location and staff were fantastic. The room rate was very good and the special included $30 overnight parking (who pays $30 for parking???) I love the location and felt very safe travelling alone. Although there were a few details that were disappointing, I would definately stay here again, if I could get the same rate/special. I was looking for a sandwich and a glass of wine when I checked in and was told that the restaurant/lounge didn't open until 5pm. I ended up going next door to the Inn at False Creek. After dinner I headed for the hot tub on the 9th floor to soak for a while but discovered that the temperature was no where near warm enough and the jets were non existant. A huge disappointment after a long drive and busy day. Late night room service was limited to a cold chicken sandwich with a simple salad although the dressing was very yummy. There weren't any umbrellas for loan and ended up getting drenched on a quick walk to the store.

Staff were friendly and very helpful as I was on clutches and had fractured my R.leg. Nice to be able to leave vehicle in parking until 3p.M.on the day we check out.. Room was great for 2 of us.No concerns. One of the reason we chose your hotel my friend stayed there in August and like the Wine tasting experience. She tried 2 different Red wines. We had dinner at your restaurant November 5th (last Saturday) and we were only offered one White wine to taste. We don't like White wine and asked to try a Red wine and were denied.Waitress explained that was all, they were offering.Your restaurant was empty. We were the only ones there.Too bad as the food was good.We felt this is false advertising on your website. My friend lives in Victoria and I live in Abbotsford and as a result will not be recommending your hotel because of your false advertising. I did leave a note for the manager regarding this matter.
