Location is quite good, walkble for almost all places of interest. Our room was really big ( 2 TV´s, 2 bathrooms, bubles etc etc), a small, well equiped ( large lcd screen etc), flat. If driving you realy need a gps to arrive. Good service. Their is a construction just in front of the hotel ( just starting in October 2011), go for a room in a high level and eventhougth there will be some noise from 7:30 to 17:00, Monday to Friday.

The front desk folks were great. The lobby was beautiful. The rooms were old, and not very well cleaned. Coffee pot had lots of prints on it, and the kleenex holder was dusty and stained. I think more money should be spent on updating, maintaining the rooms vs. Spending the money on the lobby. One would never expect the rooms would be so old and shabby by looking at the ornate lobby. The photos on the internet are extremely misleading. The photos were the reason why we booked the hotel.

Very good location for Shopping & eating out. Close proxomity to water front, Granville Island and nor far to walk to Stanley Park either We were upgraded from a double twin bed to a two bedroom appartment so the stay felt even better. Unfort. We ran out off time to use the restaurant or bar so cannot comment on those. Front of house staff were very friendly. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone (Business Stay or Leisure)

A boutique hotel near the north end of the Granville Bridge. Convenient to many restaurants, a short walk to Yaletown, with a courtesy van to take you anywhere in central Vancouver. Their complimentary wine tasting consisted of a half glass of wine and acccess to a common bowl of corn chips.

We found this hotel to be very good value for money. It was very comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. Only complaint was the whirlpool was a little bit too warm but soooo nice to relax in after walking around the lovely sites all day.

The restaurant, very good food and service, unfortunately we were unable to attend a wine tasting, I'm sure that would have been a very enjoyable experience. Other things of note; proximity to Granville Island a highlight, and a short city bus ride to Gas Town and Stanley Park. Staff very helpful in pin pointing locations on maps and how to get there The only negative (a small one) no shuttle service from airport, though the Sky train deposited us only a couple of blocks away. Short walk, needed the exercise anyway

Clean rooms. Great ocean view with floor to ceiling windows. Like the 12:00 check out time and room was ready by noon when check in time was to be 3:00. Lovely restaurant and wine tasting included snacks. Overall great place to stay in Yaletown.

Staff was very accomodating. Had to leave the vehicle there as my husband had tests at St. Pauls and they said not to worry - leave it as long as we had to. Also lent me an umbrella as we walked to the hospital and it was pouring! Room was very small. Tv was hard to operate.
