Quiet room, good on-sire restaurant, convenient to downtown and other areas of interest. Room was smaller than I anticipated. Did not like having part of the bathroom (tub and sink) located in the main room - we prefer separate spaces. |

The hotel was in a great location...we were able to walk to the Canuck's game and a large variety of restaurants and shopping. The hotel was clean and nicely renovated, smallish rooms but comfortable. Our rate included wine tasting and breakfast which was fantastic. We'll stay there again. |

Close to Yaletown and major retail stores. We were allowed early checkin. Staff very helpful and courteous. Unusual shape to our room not the normal boring rectangle shape. The bar closing at 10pm on a Saturday night. It meant we had to go to the hotel next door for a drink. |

Well located and maintained facility with a frendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Charge for internet access is common but annoying none the less. |

We were there as part of an Elderhostel so the price was not a factor for us and we did not really engage in most of the activities listed. What we experienced was good |

Not a hotel I would recommend, had a water leak in our room, had a family with a dog next dood that caused a smell throughout the hotel, staff were not helpful, very over priced for what you get, I will never use it again or recommed to any other source |

Convenient location close to Granville Island and the right side of town for airport. Room was very comfortable. Rate was reasonable. Liked the idea of free wine tasting. View was pretty grim over adjacent building's rubbish. |

The staff was very helpful and we also liked the proximity to Granville Island and the shops. We didn't like how loud the traffic outside was and the mattress wasn't that comfortable |

Location, wine tasting and friendly staff. Easy to get to from anywhere in the city. Room was small for an eleven day stay. |

This is an attractive, well-maintained, and conveniently located hotel for all visitors to Vancouver. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and experienced and a pleasure to work with. Rooms though snug are well equipped and nicely furnished. Overall, very good value. The hotel is locate on a busy street. My room faced the street and had an appreciable amount of noise intrusion from traffic throughout the night. |

Location was right close to all the action downtown, but quiet enough as well. The rooms were a little small, but all I did was sleep there. so adequate for my needs. |

internet connection was not working in the room, and the wireless access was only in the lobby and it was not included in the room fees; jacuzzi on top floor was cold and dirty. |

loved the convenience to shopping and restaurants. Good bus service and easy to grab taxis. Enjoyed the safety features of the hotel, i.e: need to use your room keys to activate the elevator. Staff was very friendly and accomodating to my needs. My bathroom looked a little run down. |

Due to the size of the rooms, I don't think it is a 4 star hotel, Rooms are extremely small for this category. Most hotels include the use of internet for free, in this one besides the price per room, there was an additional cost for that, unbelievable. |
