They need more towels and items like soap, shampoo and garbage cans

First of all I think the owners were new and were trying to fix the place one room at a time. They were super friendly and I loved thatthey had a playground and toys for kids to play with

The room was full of mold and not in good shape. Bathroom was old and had mold all in shower. There were no towels upon arrival had to ask. Says free wifi but the internet didnt work. Fridge didnt work proper and air conditioner somewhat worked but was grosse. I would say rooms are ok for a couple but kindof grosse for kids. But like I said the owner I believe has change and they are working one room at a time to fix.

The room was okay of its size. Budget friendly and neat. You can negotiate short stays.

There is no provision of face towels in the washroom. Only two body towels provided in the room I used during my stay. You cannot use microwave, refridgerator and watch television at the same time - that is, 3 appliances fitted on 2 'ac' power outlets.

the bed was old and flat,the bathroom was dirty the hot water in the face bowl did not work, the walls were dirty the lighting was very bad. We think Booking.com should check out these places before telling people about them.We had 2 stay there for 1 night,but we checked out early and found a nice room at Comfort Inn.

One room can fit alot of people

No heat in -10c weather we were freezing and to take a shower we had to wait 10 min until the watter is hot

The hotel is baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa- aaaaaaaa- aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaad. The room and the washroom were terrible. No one could sleep. It was expensive too ... 125$+tax/night not 39$ !!

The staffs are very kind and they are always willing to help.

Bedcovers were not clean. Washroom lock was not working. No Wi-Fi available inside the room. Room condition was poor.No heating in the washroom. Room heating system was poor.

it was cheap, clean and very convenient for driving around. Lundy's Lane is an excellent location. Easy to drive to Falls and downtown.

Our room was fine. Our daughter stayed as well. her room was gloomy, dark and the ceiling was so low she felt she was in a cave.

The owners are wonderful! The housekeeping staff is very thorough and it was very nice to have a barbeque to use.

it was the worst motel i ever stay. the room smell bad floor rug was dirty shower curtain stuck to your skin while you shower.took my friend for first time to see the falls.and felt sick.on the internet it looks different so i wont recommend the falcon to anyone .not even for one nigth stay

the rooms are very old, carpets where stained and torn , bath was like a nightmare ! I pulled up the sheets and found peoples private hair! We could not stay there, we have two little kids . Avertised as a family place . It is the last place I would take a family too . We would have slept in our truck if we cound not have found another hotel. They had what appeared to be homeless people living there . There was cases of beer lining one side . They still charge us for one night !

My grandson loved the pool and especially all the kids that were staying there. it was a good location somewhat near the Falls?

it was an older motel, but they did a good job with flowers and a play area for kids.

I was so mad when I got there. Well do not believe what u see on picture it was nasty the shower was mess up the bed not comfy I almost left but it was very late so we made the night but never again my motel experience was very bad next time hotel only so do like me stay away from motel especially that one. Oups wrote in the wrong box
