Despite the hotel being 5-6 years old, the room smelled like new and it was tastefully furnished, clean and very comfortable. It was conveniently located just off of Harvey and close to good restaurants and shopping. It was a great value! The hot buffet breakfast is a great addition to its value. I thought it strange that there was no fan in the bathroom. The bathroom is large and the shower great, but the room got all steamed up without a fan.

Convienantly located for shopping and hockey (right in the middle between rinks). The beds are not very comfortable! The bedding was clean and the pillows were nice.

Teh accomodation was very comnfortable, quiet and the hotel has easy acess. The cardio room is quite nice and the pool was very pleasant. The quality of the buffet breakfast was very good but I am comcerned about the extensiev use of paper plates, cups and plastic cuttlery. I understand your attempt to reduce costs by limiting the labour aspect of the breakfast service but the amount of waste produced is not very friendly to the local environment.

Long wait for room. Booked 8 weeks prior - put us in handicapped room (NO space in bathroom to put anything down) when did not ask for said room. Insisted to be moved - then was put in room next to elevator which was very noisy. People before us did not get the room they were assured they would be put in as well as the guests after us. Breakfast room was bursting with no room to sit down. Towels were like sandpaper. Won't be back.

Breakfast included The breakfast coffee area is way to small, always a line up for just coffee. There should be another place that people can fix their coffee as it takes too long to pour and prepare the coffee in that tight area..

We were entirely satisfied by the accommodations, the hotel condition and its proximity to the City areas we chose to visit. We would have appreciated more knowledge at the front desk about dining opportunities. (First clerk did not have this, however a second clerk stepped up to the desk and did assist us with information and a personal recommendation.)

Quiet, good breakfast, excelent staff, well located, lots to do around and 15 min away, Nobody bothered me in 4 nights and the staff had done what I had requested when I booked. It was worth the trip and the price. I hope they keep up! I will stay there again, next trip. Breakfast room is a bit tinny....But the service is very good.

We had an excellent stay and will be going back again! The staff was amazing and my 3 girls loved the hotel and the waterslides!!! The rooms were awesome and very clean!!! Wonderful hotel!!!!!

Very friendly and professional staffs. Love the location, all amenities and the beach are very close by. Very clean room and comfortable beds. The continental breakfast is very nice, I was surprise they prepare enough food to handle large group and other families. My 9 and 6 years old love the outdoor water slide, pool and hot tub. I've stayed in other more expensive hotels, this is by far the best at a very reasonable price.
