The many pillows! The cleanliness. The friendly and helpful staff. The friendly fellow attending to the pool. The pool!

No microwave. Missed breakfast one morning. I thought we could have breakfast until 9:30. I was there for 9:15 and everything was gone. But the lovely helper retrieved a muffin and yogurt for me. The treadmill wasn't working. The location was off the track and tricky to get to.

Everything was very good, from the staff to my room, and the service was great.

Odd layout for the suite. When pulling out the sofa bed it would block access to king size bed. View totally blocked by factory next door. Located in an industrial zone.

Friendly service and reception. Prompt response to a situation in bathroom. Generally efficient and good place to stay. The breakfasts were very good and contantly replenished and cleanliness was very good. We enjoyed our stay and will stay again.

Clean..nice..rooms well equipped. .friendly staff..good location. I would definitely stay here again.

Pool was undergoing maintenance during stay

The staff were extremely helpful. They helped me find flowers for a funeral in record time. Normally I would not think to ask but the staff member was actually walking around the dining room just talking with people so it was her excellent service style that allowed me a stress free couple of hours. Time at the pool. Unfortunately I did not get the woman's name but she was great.

Front desk staff was friendly

suite that was advertised as occupancy for 4 people only had one bed. room wasn't very clean. dirt and pretzels behind furniture. toilet was dirty.

The staff were attentive and helpful, friendly even.

There were plumbing issues for which our water was turned off for appox 1 hour. After that, there was no hot water one evening.

1,The slide within one small swimming pool and will be danger if an adult slide and kids are swimming in the pool. 2, Breakfast was good but short staffs for services, so foods were not provided in time.

Construction ....getting there... We could not book a room where we usually stay....close to our son... This was a last minute booking...so you get what,s left.

Very nice hotel, I stayed there before with my family and liked it. My suite was lovely.

it was fresh and clean in appearance, conveniently located to family in Guelph Nice pool, slide and hot tub. Nice decor and comfortable king size bed. we will be back next year.

The decor of the room was excellent with all of the amenities that one would expect of a first rate hotel! My new bride loved it!

Arrived and we were told that our booking had been cancelled, by us. Our confirmation number was 842920451, pincode#5613. Staff did find us a room. We had not cancelled, of course. They said that were suppose to check in May 25th. We were married on the 26th, so this is not correct. Bed and room were comfortable and clean. Very disappointed with paper cups, instead of glasses or mugs. I find this cheap plus it increases garbage. My spouse made the coffee in the room and it was terrible. (Throughout the rest of our honeymoon, in another hotel, the coffee was good that had the same maker). The cancellation may have started issues off badly but to us, the little things made the difference.

Friendly staff clean and new fun waterslide and pool enjoyed the hot-tub modest breakfast, liked the waffles, omlette good just the right amount of fancy comfortable and clean beds

Our second stay at the Fairfield in and Suite by Marriott Guelph was pleasant. The staff were very nice. Breakfast was OK.

The shower head was broken which made it difficult to balance the temperature. I did not report it since it was the weekend.

The staff are both friendly and efficient, and the room was spacious and well laid-out.

There's a bit of construction nearby...no noise, but it's tricky right now to figure out how to reach the hotel.

Modern, clean room with a great bathroom layout. Excellent price point and feature set (pool, hot tub) compared to competition in the Guelph area. We have stayed at several establishments in this vicinity.

A little further out of town than other locations we have stayed at.
