The whole place was great we really enjoyed the spa!! Thank you very much!
Can't think of anything!
Loved just about everything about this hotel. Among the best staff and facilities of any hotel I have ever stayed at!
Only minus was a bit of construction going on and the steep price point for room, meals parking adds up quickly.
Check out time.
Pool closes at 10pm
Loved the outdoor pool and the outside patio The entertainment was great also.
Had to pay for parking and there was no breakfast included for the amount of money we paid.
Of course the location is epic. Every aspect of the hotel and it's staff is first rate.
While the room was very neat and clean, we were disappointed in its small size and cramped, drab bathroom.
This is the most magical fairytale like place In have ever been, we chose to go here as we like to ski, it was very well set up for this with shuttle buses and ski storage at the hotel. The hotel itself is out of this world, as it was our honeymoon we decided to treat ourselves and stay on the gold floor...and it did not disappoint!! With the service from the staff who were all soo lovely and helpful, they couldn't do enough for us and the complimentary breakfast was to die for, everything you could ever want and more! That's only the tip of the iceberg! We will definitely be returning to the fairmont banff springs and I cannot wait!!!
Excellent personal service from the moment we drove up until final departure. Very professional and sincere staff
Heated pool was very nice to relax in after a long. The view was also beautiful.
After spending $550 / night one would expect minor things to be included such as parking or wireless internet. This was not the case. They try to squeeze more money out of you at every possible opportunity. We had a meal at the grizzly paw grill as well - food was good but selections were few and service was unfriendly. Lastly the room was tiny. I've stayed in nicer rooms at holiday inns for 90/night. Overall disappointing, won't be back.
The cost of the room vs what you get, you could get a 200.00 in banff that's twice the size. We got put in room 1632
Upscale luxurious experience
The valet service was slow. Allow fifteen minutes sitting in line at arrival
Great history and beautiful location
No temperature control in a room. thermostat was not working
What a lovely hotel!
We loved the staff, very friendly but not over the top. The building was beautiful
It wasnt worth the price. Room was Very small and the inside of the castle wasnt as extravagant as i expected
View from our room was spectacular. Greeted with a nice bottle of sparkling wine to celebrate our anniversary. Join their club for free wifi and spa discount. Spa access is all day so get a pass on a rainy day. We stayed in early October and the crowds were minimal. Online check-in was very convenient and staff very friendly.
we loved the spa, though there was maintenance going on which should have been scheduled overnight. Staff took care of us. We also ate at the waldhaus restaurant which was fine, but not great value and a bit of a hike down the path. Most onsite dining options are pricey.
From the moment we arrived the staff were on their toes and welcoming. Accommodations were fantastic, Spa treatments were top notch as well as delicious GF meals, which are hard to come by.
That I can't afforded to to it once a month! Lol
traffic trying to enter hotel
Ease of check-in and check-out. The classic nature of the hotel. We felt like we were in a resort that seemed like a small city.
The value for the money. While our room was very nice, the bathroom was somewhat dated. Visitors should expect that the facility is more than just a place to spend the night.
I love the no tipping policy. Everyone was so nice.”
Amazing hotel plenty to see Room was stunning has a suite The bathroom was very spacious finished to a high standard
The Italian restaurant food wasn't very nice
very fine staff and facilities. beautiful location and building. The staff went out of their way to return my lost binoculars to my home at no cost to me, well done.
Even given all the great things about the hotel and our stay I don't feel it was worth the money compared to other options.
absolutely everything else...fantastic facilities, meals,
our room, for $500.00 was so small & convoluted very awkward ...too bad, really impacted our enjoyment...I smashed my head on a protruding wall in the night!!...rediculous
An amazing hotel that is like a medievil castle with wonderful modern rooms. The restaurants are great food, and we love the wonderful Canadian service. Lots of great walks and the village is full of wonderful shopping.
The price, it really is over the top, I am amazed it is so hard to get a room . I have stayed at some great hotels in other parts of the world without having to pay such a high price. It was even more expensive that Lake Louise, although I must admit the facilities were much better.
The building itself is very neat. A giant castle hidden in Banff. Huge with amazing staff that are incredibly helpful.
It was very expensive but that was to be expected. It was a once in a lifetime trip for us as this isn't a place that fits our budget but worth it.
Everything + must stay on the 5 th floor. Having the special touch made all the difference. Breakfast was so special, worth getting up late for.
Small baths, understand, this is a historic, special place and we worked with that. No problems ! Would go back in a heart beat!
The view, we talked about this every time we mentioned Lake Louis
